I don't know how Matsui has the ballz to come out and blame the operations and dev teams for lack of communication.

In any organization if the project sub-teams aren't communicating with each other or causing lost time, you fire the Project Manager, in this case Game producer Matsui.

This Matsui guy is proving to be nothing more than a PR monkey with no real strategy, vision or management skills.
