Anyone else wondered why it took a special investigation into Russian collusion of a US election to bring charges of, what is very commonly known as bank/wire fraud?
I mean, it's either that:
A) Actual bank fraud investigators are asleep on the wheel.
B) These charges normally do not amount to anything worthwhile, generally a fine or something of that nature.
C) The Russian investigation not only comes up empty, but Mueller has to bring something to justify this faux investigation. Meaning that there is not only not any collusion between Trump and Russia, but Mueller is specifically ignoring actual collusion done between Russia, Clinton, and Obama Administration. Which leads to it's own special prosecutor for that investigation. Which will never happen because reasons.
I mean, it's either that:

Tell us them, why would these charges be newsworthy, or even relevant to this investigation? I thought Mueller is supposed to investigate collusion between the Russian government and the Trump campaign, or any campaign in general (but he is ignoring the obvious collusion between Clinton and Russia, but that's another story).

Then again, we don't know the value of the accounts, and if the accounts themselves equal to or less than $10,000 USD, then there are no filing requirements at all and Manafort can protest that in court. And also get all charges dropped because of it (in regards to FBAR).
Figure I saw quoted was $18M.
No idea if that's actual amount we're talking for this particular charge.
Which also leads to the question as to why IRS and the bank regulators allowed this non-filing to occur in the first place. Other people would have been hit with this a whole lot sooner than now.

The engine isn't the problem so much as the way they employ it. They're so *** lazy. When you can get mods that increase visuals and still decrease framerate...
I was pissing around an area and wanted to see if there was anything inside a few wrecked vehicles but I didn't want to go back and get my jetpack, so I just turned clipping off to take a peak.
This was near water, so there was a sunken boat sticking out of the water. But only like...a few feet of the prow of the boat.
