really there was blame to be spread around. I don't think this guy had any business in a warzone, but from what I've gathered his superiors knew that as well, and everyone made some pretty poor decisions, bergdahl included. some time would have been appropriate given the deaths / injuries others suffered looking for him, but trump *** that up, so if the right is angry about this move, cheeto benito is who they should be mad at.

Bad day for justice. I fail to see how this is a partisan issue, but given where Manning has ended up, libs sure do love it when traitors and deserters don't have to face real consequences.
That being said, being dishonorably discharged from the military can screw you for life, so at least there's a silver lining there.
