Askar, Sushi+GK

Okay, let's go over some basic points on which to base this analysis;

- Obviously Meat with 95% accuracy will beat everything else assuming you're not making inefficient swaps to achieve this. Equally, sushi is not always going to be best but it can be sometimes and in other situations is a perfectly viable option.
- Polearm is superior to GKT on anything that isn't really tough. On anything really tough, you need accuracy. Your sources are gear, sushi or pizza.
- SAM has a WS/TP ratio of ~65:35 or so on mobs you engage fulltime (and yes I have proof of this and this is self-tested before you say anything).
- Tachi: Gekko, your main WS, has a large attack/pdif boost largely making the extra Attack irrelevant during the WS phase.

1. Accuracy from gear - often means giving up other offensive stats. You can be giving up large quantities of attack (foragers => cuch) or Haste (Turban => Ace's Helm etc).
2. Accuracy from food - you are only giving up TP-phase Attack.

Essentially, if you make any significant sacrifices while eating meat, pizza is better. If you make any significant sacrifices while eating pizza, sushi is better. This is different on a few very high level/high def mobs, but sushi as a whole is a perfectly valid choice depending on the situation. Askar is then either helping your xhit or giving you 2% DA which is aiding your WS frequency (which nothing from Haubergeon does if you don't need the accuracy).

mediocre gear

"mediocre" gear > having gear and not knowing how to use it like some of your kind (Prudence Torque).

believing sky solo is the better income.

I never said it was the best, I said that it was valid and that it was good. Good is not a superlative term.

No, go ahead. I like differing viewpoints on things and if they prove me wrong then it is good for I can improve from this.

My sincere apologies for nearly forgetting about you here.

If you can dig through the pages and go through everything you've dodged I'll go on about how you should use Polearm if your Gekko caps without Meat.

I went away for the weekend and I missed the part how he turned on me and started in on my gear..

And I think I speak for most of us looking at this thread when I say thanks Raen for trying to keep the Jackass at bay.

Enfeebling:
Head: Duelist's Chapeau
Body: Warlock's Tabard +1
Hands: Goliard Cuffs Morrigans Gloves and Mastercasters when active
Legs: Nashira Seraweels
Feet: Goliard Clogs
Neck: Enf. Torque
Ear1: Magnetic Something useful, either a Stat earring or Enf Earring
Ear2: Loq As above
Ring1: Tamas
Ring2: Omega
Back: Prism / Aslan
Waist: Penitent's Witch sash

Nuking:
Head: W. Chapeau 1
Body: Yigit / Errant Errant wins, upgrades = ACP and Morrigans
Hands: Goliard Cuffs Morrigans
Legs: Mahatma Morrigan’s
Feet: Goliard Clogs Yigit Feet will do more damage, as long as your resists are ok
Neck: Aesir Torque
Ear1: Moldy
Ear2: Loq INT earring or Novio
Ring1: Tamas
Ring2: Snow Ring
Back: Prism
Waist: Penitent's Witch sash

Curing: IMO the whole set needs more –enmity as MND and skill do every little for C1-C4, so Raven/Errant gear where there is nothing better
Head: Maat’s Cap Goliard
Body: Duelist’s Tabard Goliard, although Relic is nice for the speed
Hands: Goliard Cuffs Raven
Legs: Mahatma
Feet: Goliard Clogs Mahatma or morrgans, should have these for slow/para build
Neck: Morgana’s Choker
Ear1: Magnetic
Ear2: Loq
Ring1: Tamas
Ring2: Sapphire / Medicine (if im low on HP) Troopers
Back: Aslan Errant
Waist: Penitent's

Edit: Forgot to mention that I use HQ Ele Staves for each spell and Bugard Strap 1... and Phantom Thatlum.

Obviously some of those are quite difficult to get or expensive, but that’s a quick review. The curing set is tricky to get right, but I would aim for as much –enmity as you can with a decent amount of haste/fastcast.

Yea, I was thinking about getting a Star Earring & Witch Sash.

Morrigan stuff is awesome, but my char is retired for all endgame events atm due to RL stuff, so I'll prolly never get that :P

And right, I forgot to mention master caster's. I used to use these in limbus + dyna =)
