Phorcys beats Kyujutsugi for namas?
high buff situations, where namas sam is usually good in. but if for some reason you're not, then obv kyu better. (also if for some reason you're opting to namas over gk ws in given situation)

It shouldn't, normally only str boost RA. Although the last time i researched it was in '06, i could be wrong.

Well Minuet's, Berserk, Warcry, Chaos Roll, Attack Bonus Traits, etc say they increase Attack but also increase Ranged Attack as well, so I was wondering if the Attack + 5% on the Phorcys Korazin worked the same way.

Is there any testing on this?

If I recall the WS dmg boost applies to Apex Arrow, and Nama's Arrow. If the attack% applied to range attack% it would be specifically stated.

The WS damage was never in question, and there's half a dozen examples of ranged attack being increased by buffs that make no references to ranged attack whatsoever.

I suppose it'd be a waste of time to test it if the new stat checking command comes out in less than 24 hours lol.

just based on last augmented AF we were given my idea of what we will see with Domaru when +1 is applicable.

Wakido Domaru AF1 revamp

DEF:104 HP+29 MP+36 STR+22 DEX+13 VIT+22
AGI+13 INT+13 MND+13 CHR+13 Accuracy+15
Evasion+19 Magic Evasion+36 "Magic Def. Bonus"+2
"Store TP"+6 Haste+3%
Occasionally increases TP gained when taking damage
__________________________________________________________
Wakido Domaru +1 AF1+1 revamp

DEF:145 HP+61 MP+44 STR+31 DEX+21 VIT+31
AGI+21 INT+21 MND+21 CHR+21 Accuracy+15
Evasion+41 Magic Evasion+53 "Magic Def. Bonus"+4
"Store TP"+7 Haste+3% Occasionally boosts TP when damaged
__________________________________________________________
Sakonji Domaru AF2 revamp

DEF:104 HP+49 MP+36 STR+23 DEX+19 VIT+17
AGI+13 INT+13 MND+13 CHR+13 Accuracy+12
Attack+12 Evasion+19 Magic Evasion+36
"Magic Def. Bonus"+2 Haste+3% "Store TP"+7
__________________________________________________________
Sakonji Domaru +1 "WHAT I THINK +1 will look like"

DEF:145~150 HP+81~90 MP+44~50 STR+32~35 DEX+27~30 VIT+26~29
AGI+21~23 INT+13~15 MND+13~15 CHR+13~15 Accuracy+12~15
Attack+12~15 Evasion+41~50 Magic Evasion+53~60
"Magic Def. Bonus"+4~6 Haste+3%~4% "Store TP"+8~10

this being said, i could see this as being another "situational piece" for tp return facing a mob "in capped buff situation", but i just dont see the logic in it, why can't SE come up with a upgraded piece of gear that replaces Phorcys? even during ws's loss of defense/PDT it kinda sucks having to use a non ilvl body piece considering almost every piece used supports at least defense, any input/thoughts/discussion would be cool.

My apologies if I missed this info in an early post but this question is in regards to the wakido kote +1. BG wiki says the nq dont have the JA haste from hasso. Does the +1s have this? I noticed people were not using the unkai haidate +2 anymore, so im assuming yes?

I miss Wyvern Helm. :(

Sakonji Kabuto +1 for Namas btw. And Sakonji feet +1 for pretty much all WSs except Namas, though Keit already stated that a few posts up.

All in all Ken is right. I mean it's not just Nikia, people cannot do their own research. There's a difference between asking for help and having someone do everything for you. Which tends to be the case every gear update

What the hell do you expect a forum to look like if people sit idly on their hands in lieu of asking questions? Even if it is the same question that gets asked every update or one that has been repeated a dozen times in the past week alone, it's a forum, not a mausoleum.

I'd rather someone ask, and be given a good answer, than not ask, and make poor assumptions.

It takes a few seconds to answer if you know it.

It also takes a few seconds to skip over the question, and to get on with your day, if you don't feel like answering.

No I expect players to take some initiative and as I stated there is a difference between asking a question then hand holding. Moreover I mostly do skip over things, but when I see someone being referred to as “he’s being an ***” because he is simply stating his point of view is pretty ridiculous.
