Pro Tip: If you know anything . .i mean anythign about SCH you would know that Savant's Bonnet +2 is THE piece to wear to epeen SCH nuking. For me to venture any further down this road with you would be as to a duck challenging a mouse to a quacking contest.

Here, let's do this. You post your gear sets and show the math behind your damage. I actually have a life and stuff to do so when you think you can convince me using hard numbers and gear sets, then post what you have. Otherwise, you fail to provide proof of your damage, thus you are basically talking out of your a$$.

However, I DO know the math behind the damage formulas (to a degree at least) and can PROVE with hard numbers the things I say, unlike you. Until you can PROVE with hard numbers your damage, any and all of your statements are null.

Double Edit: That's excluding any Crit proc. With crit the damage would be 4189. Since you only have 3% crit rate, you average out to 3960.

You also stated 4.4k on EM-T outside. Unless you are constantly critting (doubtful) you are falling short there as well. What atma are you using inside to achieve a 228% increase in damage?
Celeritas Pole was used for the haste value. ToM staves with 12% cast time only affect it by ~1 second. However, those are usable on BLM as well so the difference is null.

Can you Precast in haste and switch to ToM midcast and still receive the cast bonus? o.O
Haste only affects recast timers.
