lol I got the joke, of course I am old enough to know who the smurfs are and the villan is :P I grew up watching Fraggle rock, smurfs, snorks, captain caveman, the monkees, thundercats, gi joe, he-man, she-ra, and so on.

Oh, the hours I would spend watching that show lol. WHM: MACC+4 & Fast Cast 5%
(maybe a repose macro piece?)

BLM: MACC+4 & Fast Cast 5%
(helps lower delay on enfeeb spells?)

BLU: Fast Cast 5% & ACC+10 (or DA+2%)
(I like the acc for blu spells, but i <3 DA lol)

DRG: Double ATK +2% & PET:Double ATK+2 + Crit+2%
(thinking this will give my wyvern DA I hope)

SMN: PET:ACC+15 & PET:ATK+15
(was thinking a macro piece)
or
SMN: AvatarPrep-2 & PET:ATK+15
(for having avatar out for long fights?)

BST: PET: Double ATK+2% & PET: Crit+2%
(was going for a non exp party piece, just a solo piece.)

DNC AT 60 so I had to think of something for it

There's probably a few items that will be good for ceratin spells, jobs, or abilities. Especially for those who can't afford certain pieces or cant get some r/e pieces yet. At least these can be some back ups for just level syncing for merits since stats and stuff reduce in level sync.

Okay I'm a little torn. For my 75 ninja I'm tempted to go with Mirke Waldercors with Evasion +10 and enmity+5(or the dual weild) for nice hauby meets arhats meets SH. Or for my soon to be 75 bard I'm thinking Royal Redingote with magic acc and possibly the fast cast or -enmity (im thinking about bard here)

IMO I would skip the evasion. Its just to easy to get elsewhere and SH is hella cheap now. Enm + Fast cast (like pld) would be pretty nice for a nin that still actually tanks stuff, but i don't know many :/ Acc + DW however would make this w/o a doubt the best melee body for Nin, better than AF2, Haub+1, or Usukane imo.

It would be tough for me to pass up the melee body just for bard application since brd can be very effictive using other easily obtained items, and I not sure if any combo of the stats would offer you an upgrade from anything else. BUT! the mage body does look like it would be perfect looking on a brd playing their insturment.

Can't comment on the jobs I know nothing about, but for DRG wouldn't boosting your own stats prove more useful than boosting the pets?

With DA and Crit rate you have a pretty sexy replacement for Zahak's Mail on Drakesbane.

For Dnc, my first instincts would be to go with ACC and STP/SB. Is the assumption with DNC still moar tp = better always?

Okay yea you have a point about nin, enmity and dw ftw would make it sick. Okay about the bard body well yea I am thinking about how it would look as compared to wearing an ugly (yet sexy stat) K.Osode on bard. I was thinking of being able to nab that 5 chr plus having macc acc (which does pwn for brd landing sleeps and requiems) with some fast cast for other jobs the armor can be used for like SCH ( a job i want to do)

Is that comparison assuming you add MACC and MAB +4 to it?

For Darkmoose (SAM and PLD 75)

Nuevo + R.Acc/R.Atk (I use SAM/RNG a lot)

or

Nuevo + Enmity/Fast Cast for PLD

If Mirke was SAM and RNG, that would be the winner, since I'll probably level RNG eventually (8/8 Archery merits already)

For Aramina (WHM and BRD 75)

It's a little tougher, so I'll have to think about it. I already have a large assortment of WHM and BRD bodies to pick from. Possibly...

I guess your right with the drg. As a wyvern can easily be killed. I like to have my wyvern double atk =P /sub war with relic body and my wyvern can double atk =P
Difficult to choose, due to the fact that I have a bunch of body peices I am satisfied with already. I guess I want something to make something that is not out there.
Also, its said you can drop the body and gain it again right?

That's pretty much where I'm gonna go with it for my DNC, although as an Elvaan I worry about dumping the Accuracy for the Attack, hopefully it'll be easily reconfigured if I find myself missing more often then I'd like...

If SE let's us do any bodies it will not include HQs at all. Look at crafting, you can upgrade an item into another item like Hauby > Hauberk but you cannot use the HQ to synth that. Adding DA and crits would make a rq Hauby > hq Hauby, and if you could add onto existing stats like you said with Ace's Helm then a Hauby with 20 acc and 20 atk would just be broken. I was only stating that they would not let us add to items like Hauby b/c of this broken factor.

I wasn't referring to any of the new bodies either, until I read posts after the one I made I didn't even know what the new bodies were.

Outside of some very specific use, I think anyone that is going to use the body as a perma melee piece should choose ACC+10 as one of their Augments. Body pieces w/o acc are just kinda fail.
