If you want a set that 1 shots stat at 1k tp, use the bis on page 1 , with r15 dp. People already said it's doable with that.

With so much available DT- through Rostram, going to incorporate Regal gloves into some sets pretty worry free :3

Situationally you will need 3 Rostams but for the poor, which Rostam path would be overall best to augment first?
