Just because people didn't give you answers you wanted to hear doesn't mean you didn't get them, the answer is You're doing it wrong, you should be trying to use optimal gear for TP/WS/PDT separately and not trying to roll them into one gearset Your set is bad for both tp and ws. Separate them so you can improve both.

It's not, 26% is capped haste, not 22.

You don't have to ws in haste gear, only tp.

Now I'm willing to accept this as an answer, (I am making a cala for drk, and wanna play with it on pld. but Since I play on Xbox/PS2-3/don't use spellcast, I don't want to go through the trouble of writting out a complete macro set just to use a WS for lulz)
Twilight Helm will do more for you, Ok the overall lose of 15 attack does suck, but the 10 str and vit (of which one is a Torcleaver mod) will be more beneficial.

You only ever use it at 300% to maintain AM3 and spam reso.

You know what your right ill just make my monk awesome and get a whm mule and just live on this game and do nothing else because that's life right just being the best at ffxi... Lol
