Not all the time, but most of the time. I would say 90% of the time. For some chicks I am a little to big. But chances are so are they. But I always have to wonder why do they approach me. To get to know me, or are they after just one thing. It is a double edged sword at times.

There are numerous body languages that can indicate they are interested, some more subtle than others, but the most obvious ones are: licking of the lips, playing with their hair, tilting their head slightly sideways, and as Sandolphon said, where they're looking at whether it's your junk, your lips, your *** or even your whole body.
I don't know if this has been pointed out (need to read the rest of the thread) but do NOT go on if a girl's playing with her hair. I have a (really obnoxious) tendency to play with my hair for numerous reasons. Examples of such reasons are 'I'm happy', 'I'm really nervous', 'God this is awkward I wonder how soon I can leave', 'I'm bored', 'I love you~<3', 'I'm sleepy'.... etc etc. So what you think might mean 'Wow this guy is amazing~<3' might actually mean 'Wow this guy is a *** creep! I wonder how I can get out of this situation as quickly and as painlessly as possible'.
Also if I'm playing with my hair furiously it probably means I'm nervous as hell.
