I use it semi-often actually. Like basically anytime I want a little bit more evasion. Or since I don't have apoc yet if I want another decent DD one for thf but don't want the hp loss from A@O.
Also it's decent for blade: hi. A little agi and mostly making it so you consistenly crit that first hit. Most other crit ws are multi hit and can get away with a decent average crit rate between them. But you don't crit His first hit and your dmg is pretty meh.
