I sure hope so. Give it like super low recast. But like twice the casting cost of dr ain 1. I doubt it to be honest. Don't really need it with nether void Drain2.

As for the ele magic boost they aleady started giving DRK a reason to nuke by introducing Occult Acument trait and adding more Macc gear such as bale sollerets +2. However it's still not enough. It would be nice if they gave DRK some Macc trait to help land those spells better or add a new line of Absorb spells (Absorb-Attack, Absorb-Defense ..) Nether Void is my Drain III >:) Did this to a Tauri mob in T3 Einherjar. oh theres already a couple those out there with the uh name of drain and uh aspir I think. I could be wrong

On the other hand, and I've said this before, I would like to see SE at least removing the 50% penalty on recast and casting time of Dark magic spells while casting with hasso or seigan on. (can leave the penalty for Ninjutsu etc for obvious reasons.) Well, DRK actually gets Drain at lv10, but aspir at lv20, and Drain2 at lv62, but aspir2 at lv78. Considering that, I would think that if DRK actually gets Aspir3, they would get Drain3 first. I don't know if DRK will get drain3 though, probably not...but who knows. All SE needed to do to enhance Drain and Aspir spells was give us more Dark magic skill, and they have with bale flanchard +2
+15 skill is simply a ridiculous amount of skill to get out of just one item. And ideally a DRK Magic skill build could go as high as +61! Ohshi youre right reason I thought it was that way around is on blm I got aspir 2 but no drain 2 yet obviously and its been years and years since i bought the tier1 ones. I just checked ur right aspir is later than drain wasnt thinking straight. Even so its very unlikely tier3 of either spell will get released. Aim to work on improving ur existing builds perhaps? I often find drk's dont bother with that much gear for spells and I only got 66 drk but their drk magic strength has often interested me. Excelsis ring/ hirud earring/ anrin obi/ omega ring gogo.

thats a lot of gear considering if you keep a TP, WS, & dark magic skill & absorb set xD
i think SE is trying to make an all purpose set.. lol I know, it was just an example to show the gear is out there.

-Dreadspikes set. (HP, dark skill, and some Fastcast from homam and loquacios etc.) -Enfeebling magic set. (enfeeb skill/magic acc, and INT etc.) -Bio set. (Bio set consisting of some magic attack bonus to increase the initial dmg of bio, and...of course, also Dark magic skill for the per tick dmg. At least 291+ dark skill gives the 8/tick BioII, which shouldn't be a problem to achieve.) I made some ideal sets for those also, I just figured posting 7 sets would be a bit overwhelming Absorbing Stats is fail don't do it. You hurt your overall DPS wasting time casting those spells just to get Decaying stats.
