Wonders of Travel #6: Rabao: Rabao, located in the northeastern half of Western Altepa Desert is a literal oasis in the hot desert. I've travelled to Rabao many times over the years and I still feel that sense of adventure whenever I return to this place and hear the amazing music. Looking for a cool place in the middle of the hot desert? Rabao is your best bet and it's by no means a mirage haha! Make sure to come to Rabao during the many festivals FFXI has to offer and watch the beautiful fireworks over the desert night sky, it's indeed lovely.
