	Double augments can definitely occur. Exporting the augments via gearswap on other pieces shows that you can double roll an augment (like two different acc rolls), and normally it just gets added up, leading to values of 30+. For whatever reason on this piece, it doesn't. Idk about the distortions, though. :P 2015-11-25 15:39:41

	doubled up augments do occur on these, however, the distortion along Pet:DEX +9, as well as the two lines do make this a bit suspect. 2015-11-25 11:16:52
