sad thing is I have been away awhile is it rare to HQ this item? Is it worth anything? Is only the NQ worthwhile as a guild item? Help me out FFXIAH

@ Turkish, guild items are used to upgrade to a new rank, and only the NQ is accepted. For Expert rank up, they will only accept a signed NQ of the item.
