they changed the spawn to be like, every 1~3 boat rides awhile back

SE should've released the old spawn conditions when they switched over to the ~30 minute timer so we could at least be like "OHHH..."

I agree, but they might be saving that spawn condition for something coming up 91-99. If they revealed it then we would of had an idea towards that NM when released.
