With it being a Synergy Recipe the HQ is at least easier to control.

Matching all Elements Perfectly helps HQ Rate and a bit of Dumb-Luck added in.

I would do naughty things for that Cuirass but at the same time the only reason we didn't see a HQ Sooner is because Kukulkan doesn't drop skin ever ;;
