I see a lot of people who need to learn the *** to play. Marched/Hasted? Dusk wins. Not marched, hasted? Still probably dusk wins. Zero haste buffs? These might win.

Macro your *** enmity and l2hastemechanics.

Also; Unless you know what the *** dDex is you have no room to be talking about it's impact on critical hit rates, it totally depends on your setup and the mob. And it has a much more significant impact on the performance of a TWOhander not a ONEhander.
