Gil is hardly worth anything anymore so I can't imagine he's making THAT much seeing as each successful synth will cost about 9M ish, so he's really only making 71M give or take on each +1 orb. Well “only” 71m for like 5 mins work?

Most gil ever banned/frozed on accounts this past April ban-wave. Followed by dupe medals in November? Bahamut.Celebrindal

shows the state of the game. Might have been the most gil ever banned, but less than a third of the number of accounts of the previous month that banned a quarter of the gil that prior month banned.

The fact that # is so low.. makes me sad... barely 7Bil more than the MOST DUPEST OF DUPES. I mean, all the gil was sold. They only count literal gil, not value/items.
Sold trillions, banned 40 billion, pretty mediocre results. Asura.Dakrone

Kinda illustrated how small the accounted number of people that actually knew the exploit was. Not even that, those other numbers (three thousand?) are straight ***. That's 100 bannings per day, yeah, ***, sure.
655 is almost believable. Offline

Yeah the orb +1 won’t be worth ***anymore. But it seems like they are doing it with most of the expensive ***. Never seen so many +2 necks and Su5s on auction house. Regular crafters can barely compete especially when factoring material costs. You have to get at least 2 high hqs within 12 synths to be profitable. Assuming you start with 12 of each mat needed.

Interesting to see how the market shifts now given that a working copy of the HQ exploit was shared in yell on Asura 4 hours ago (presumably the same one that got linked in this thread and nuked, or something similar).. I think we are about to see a lot more of the easily accessible synth have their market flooded and the items gaining value will be the stuff not available from crafting. Smart crafters will be staying away from pretty much everything until SE does something. That bring said "legit" crafters were still making +2 necks when they were under 50m and praying they get lucky so these idiots will still try and craft regardless.
Of course the dream is everyone and everything that has been generated or gained from these exploits to be rectified but form says SE won't do *** all other than a token couple of bans - understandable why people are making the most of it when they know the risk is minimal.. Well, considering how they have decided to simply bring down some HQ market, im not sure why Su5 is still more expensive on Assura than other servers.
I would love grabbing few Croceas but obviously, even though small servers croceas are cheaper than assura, they are never available. And not going to assura to buy with +30~50% of the current servers price Offline

So maybe this market is already “cleaned”? Or at least too risky to be exploited? I don't get why they are even high priced to begin with, everyone and their grandma has begun to cap out on DI items. They only have the ash to buy.

It's pretty amazing how much impact the sparks nerf has actually had on the economy.
