Actually, I’m taking time between posts to joke around with a colleague. I just fixed a massive coding problem in a spreadsheet that should save some coworkers a ton of time and I’m thoroughly enjoying my Friday. How about you?

You very well could be called to trial, especially if your testimony corroborates other evidence. In the case of this whistleblower, who has no guaranteed protection to remain anonymous, it would be fair for the defense to be able to question him, and anyone involved, under oath. Especially when there have been reports that he had been in contact with one of the House Managers, or his staff, before the complaint was filed. If that was the case, it would certainly lead to further questions.

And certainly there are avenues where the whistleblower could answer questions (written or otherwise) under oath without having to have his identity revealed. He shouldn’t be immune to questioning.

Also not mad, just disappointed to see a pseudointellectual make such schoolboy erros in logical reasoning. You really should try much harder.

Well, your first sentence demonstrates that you have a hard time reading too. Beyond that, I don’t “run” from you. I have a limit to the amount of stupidity I can deal with in a day, and P&R is on the brink of being shut down so I tread carefully with how long I’m willing to take an argument with a troll who has to have the last word because that’s the kind of crap that gets threads nuked/locked.
Soon as a mod decides to stop being a lazy ***. They might nuke this entire section.
