Magic crit II +10%! But no haste or MAB on it. Find it's way into RDM meree maybe, hard to work with 0% haste and keep Osash
25% on the listed item descriptions from this (on modern gear, that's probably 256/1024 right?)
Still dunno that it's worth using magic crit II head, probably not. But the haste has some possibilities. Alabaster really helped RDM flexibility in the haste department. Hasty Pinion +1 is also an option for additional Haste+2% (as is Lehko's Ring for +10%).

Thinking more about sworn, less haste on those pieces. Malig legs probably have to stay.

Suboptimal defensively, too
MAB dont matter for enspell.
Full Sworn(Trust) set gives 16% haste (not counting new head)- Ring gives 10%. Caps it easy if you wanna fulltime enspell. Responding on a RDM front alone here. Fun to see Mag Crit2 again.
EDIT: id be curious if the head and ammo stack 100% or if they are % Boosts. I assume the combo is 20% boost at 25%.

Oh yeah, I forgot Sworn existed because I have mostly ignored the Limbus gear. Even at base stats though, I get it now that I look.
But just keep Malignance legs, and you can still manage with:
2% Hasty Pinion +1
5% Alabaster Earring
3% Sworn body
4% Ayanmo or Sworn hands
9% Malignance Tights (or Volte)
3% Sworn feet
----

Just a quick test stacking Amin Turban and Sroda Tathlum:
100% Enspell Damage-295 swings (79.08...%)
125% Enspell Damage-78 swings (20.91...%)
Total Swings-373 (100%)
+20% Magic Crit. Hit Rate II confirmed.

10% chance at 25% multiplier is only 2.5% on average, both the Umuthi which has similarly bad defensive stats or the much better sworn give a flat +8 that gets multiplied by everything.
So you need your enspell damage to be high enough that 2.5% is better than +8 to your base to even consider it. For me +8 is closer to a 5% increase to my enspell damage so I don't see this turban as being worth building around unless we dramatically increase our base enspell damage.

fwiw 5k accolades becomes 166 Tier 2 cards, which becomes about 8 stacks of Tier 2 spheres and 3 stacks of Tier 3 spheres (20M?)

Did something happen with the recent version update and windower. Every time I try to open windower (normal or in admin), it loads, shows the playonline logo box, and then another small white screen that says playonline windower 4. After about 5 seconds, they both close. I can't open the game through windower, no idea what's going on.

Getting the same issue today on POL.
FFXI has been acting up as well. Game is lagging for me when changing gear or interacting with NPC's.
My internet is running fine without a problem.

You just buy them from the Sanction NPC like other stuff, they are just there in the list. No indication that there's any augment.
I did buy the red and white ones (mostly for lockstyle purposes). No additional message from the NPC, you just get the item. Also tried trading the hats to him, which results in no message.

Thanks for the accuracy on my pets. I was really worried that SE would give me new gear to get. Thankfully I can rest easy knowing I'll be in escha era gear and AF/Relic/Empyrean forever and that the only improvement will be unneeded pet accuracy

Just did my first lv13 Besieged. It went fast like usual. Probably more people than usual in the zone too, but didn't feel remarkably different.
Got what appears to be max points:

TBH, for the few minutes of work, 10k exemplar isn't that awful (for the non exemplar-botting crew). Not "interesting", I'll give you that! But IDK, enough to get me to do it when I notice it's about to start and I have nothing else going on.
EDIT: Also, grabbed one of the new Ulthalam's Chronicles (exemplar points usable item). 500 imperial standing accolade cost. Gave me 1494 Exemplar on my ML17 BLU. Not amazing, but hey, a little something.
Basically provided me a total of 11,494 Exemplar Points from a single lv13 Besieged (10k reward from Besieged itself, then using the 500 ISAs received from the Besieged to buy a book).
