Does anyone know how to get it to stop billing you?
I made the mistake of upgrading our community website to use a custom domain/custom code. About 4 weeks after upgrading the site stopped recognizing that it was a premium site, ergo we cannot use a custom domain nor modify code/widgets.
Is the only way to go through a chargeback with your bank?
I've tried:
Support Site - Now defunt
Forms of Social Media - Unkempt
Contact link (email) - Multiple emails, no replies
PMing Rooks on here - No reply
