not that run can hit 700 skill either but I assume temper I also has the same 700 skill cap?

Looks like they're stuck at 655 skill with hoxne and puk being used at ML50 so unlikely to hit the assumed cap anytime soon unless they drop another large skill+ piece elsewhere

Even if it caps at 700, you can now reach cap with weapons locked (losing the 21 skill from puku+augmented forfend). Renewing temper without having to unlock weapons is pretty nice for a number of longer events, like dyna.

480 cap at ML40 with +16 from merits means +204 needed for me. Never really got round to calculating how much I have in this set. Having a value to aim for is good though.

really dont see how, its a thfs level of TA without needing the gear for it, at basically no cost and no downtime. had to cap somewhere. 40% seems more than reasonable for a TA cap

Not relying on Ghostfyre - one of my chars has +9 but the other only has +1 and I'm not chasing that for +3 at most more over another cape I already carry. Was trying to get to the 200 without weapons I meant.

With Hoxne neck and earring with +5 I'm at +192. Really too lazy to chase the rest. I'll be gimp with my 38% for now. Won't make +4 pieces unless they get a few more skill at +5.

in one of the few instances where RNGesus blessed me on my third augment on ghostfyre I got +9 skill +20 duration and I've never looked back. It's such an amazing cape.

I too got 9 skill and 20 duration in about 30 crystals. I've been trying for 10/20 for a bit but no dice, but then again I only do it when I have some crystals that I mostly only ever get from an UNM farm session.

I tried with over 50 stacks (stacks, not singles) of Refractive Crystals, it's probably way way more but this is what I tracked.
Mind this happened over many, many years.

I walked out with a +8/20 duration cape and a +10/18 duration cape.
I use the second in Temper/Enspells, the first for everything else.

I wanted inventory +1 but alas, SE doesn't want me to!
An old LS friend of mine, had a perf RDM cape. All 4 stats were maxed XD
