Woot! Finally got a Magic +15 accessory! I wish those things weren't so rare...

I had RNGesus on my side for that fight. I think I have pretty good SB and synergy gear but for me that fight was tough. Then again I hate fights with multiple bosses and criteria to get Mastery. If I could have ignored the Shadow Creepers I could have easily zerged him with SLG spam.

Since the final fight for Warrior of Light event comes out tonight. It got me thinking, besides WoL himself, is there actaully any synergy gear at all in the entire game for FF1, lol? Or is everyone doing this with zero synergy(other than WoL)?

I have a native 5* sword and a combined sword and 2 armors up to 6*.

The sword is WoL first relic, Sun Blade, that has the useless SB Shining Wave.

I have a 4* plate chest combined into a 6*.

hmm for FFI, I got one 6* sword and one 6* armor (combined from three rank 4s) and that is it.

Another question, when are we scheduled to get characters/realms for Final Fantasy Dimensions? I wanna see some Sol, Glaive, and Diana characaters!

I definitivelly want Bartz BSB. I was looking after Tyros BSB too but the commands seems kinda of weak.

When you're fighting enemies with Fire/water/wind/earth weaknesses, Bartz absolutely demolishes, since you get 4-hits of exploiting a weakness --- when suitably buffed, you often get 40k damage per turn.

Ramza's new BSSB is pretty decent -- 5 hits of AoE holy damage, with one command doing 2 hits of holy damage plus dispel, and the other one raising another party member's Soul Break gauge. The problem is that I mostly use Ramza's Scream SSB, so his BSSB doesn't see a whole lot of use sadly.

Garland <U> was a total joke.

He has really low HP, more comparable to a +++ fight than a U, also seems to have super low stats, he couldn't break 250dmg on me with any of his attacks besides Whirlwind, which is a Gravity-type spell. Super easy Major Power Orbs, yay.

Yup, he was too easy for me as well (though admittedly I did have pretty good SBs)

I used once but didn't really need it as I only needed one aoe cure when he used aoe gravity attack and Medica II was already charged and my second wall was on. I could have possibly recover without an aoe cure.

His random multi-target move was hitting for like 150 a hit with all the mitigation. Retaliate works for his aoe move as well.

Fenrir Overdrive was overkill. I would have done just fine with Retaliate and spamming Blizzara or Blizzaga strike.

Was pretty easy up until the end where I forgot to reapply wall. Still mastered.

Ok, soo... I saved up 50 Mythril through FF8/FF1 events and decided to pull on FF9 since I'm fapping over Freya's Partisan, and Garnet's SB could actually make her a useful buffer/DPS for a mage party.

I blow my 50 and get Black Hood/Power Sash.

Then I decided to break down and blow 30 bucks on an 11-pull. ANOTHER Power Sash/Black Hood.

Today I save up another 15 through classics and decide to blow it on a 3-pull. ANOTHER Power Sash.

I already had 1 Power Sash from Beatrix Event a few months ago. so through I this I now have FOUR Power Sashes and 2 Black Hoods, and ZERO weapons from FF9 banner. -_-; WTF DENA?

Still deciding if I should combine any of these or use them to gear up a whole PT with just Power Sashes.... -_-;

Such a waste of money....30 bucks down the toilet....

It's why I'll never pay to pull anything in this game. 30 bucks is a 3DS game, half a new console game or alot of beer for me and the chances of pulling a specific relic are so low that it's not worth it. It's the reason people like the Tactics banner because even if you don't get Scream, everything else on that banner is solid.

The same can't be said of alot of banners.

There isn't even a credit program or something where after 5 pulls you could pick 1 drop from a current banner or something. After 150 bucks the least you could do is give someone a pick. But nope. So nope from me.

Third Relic with that effect (Wakka and Fran), but this one is definitely the most damaging of the three.

My mythril is ready.

Not gonna go batshit crazy until I get platinum sword, but there are like 3 good relics? I want at least one and I'll stop there.

AoE 4-Hit + Silence/Paralyze chance (6x Modifier)
ST 3-hit + Attack/Magic Breakdown (5.13x Modifier)

The whole Tactics banner is solid. If you get anything unique for Ramza or Agrias you're winning.

Everyone further wins because Ramza is godtier support and Agrias takes everything you like about Knights and makes it better.

Just gotta figure out how much mythril to FFT and how much to SSB.

Lucky banners get priority as you have to be dumb not to pull every phase of that

Only the first and fourth banners are particularly appealing to me. SS2/SG along with S/SBs for character I use or would like to use often.

Did they release the NA banners yet?

For the soul break fests, we've always gotten a different arrangement of relics offered.

How many shinies (mythril) you guys manage to save up?

216 even though 150 went just for the Fusion Sword (and it was worth tbf).

But i think i will do a pull next FF2 banner, not because i want anything from there, but because FF2 synergy is rare.
