FINAL FANTASY Record Keeper
Also, what's the minimum level people can attempt events like Burning Blade at? It would be nice if I could get some of those extra characters before the event ends but I just started and am only like around LVL 24. So I doubt I'm high enough for the higher tiers of those events.
You should be able to do the whole first page at that level. or At least up to Tower of Babil - Depths. Just pick a good helper just in case.
Don't you have to be able to beat the whole thing to get the character rewards though?
Nope, each stage has its own rewards. If it has a little picture of a character on the stage you select then you will unlock that character for beating it. Either via first time clear or mastery clear.
And after you select a stage it gives you a list of rewards for beating it and also tells you about the boss/their weaknesses I imagine as long as you can clear trash and meet mastery conditions you can just use a RW to 1 shot any pre-elite boss. My friend code has one of the highest single target Soul Breaks if you'd like to use it.
Congrats.
I just got a nasty 3* shield. On a side note, FFXIII small movie before event. I'm really excited! I think I can make a viable Lifesiphon team now using Squall and Lightning SSBs. Now I just need a good attack buffing SB to go with!
Eh 4 star h2h from 100 gem pull but I can combine to make it 6 star now. I have a ton of 13 synergy gear at least.
Did 23 pulls
100 gem pull: Genji Armor (5*) 11x Pull 1: 11x 3* 11x Pull 2: 9x 3*, 2x 4* really Damn that is really bad luck, not even a shitty Snow relic.
yeah FeelsBadMan. really wishing I was Japanese right about now
They really should give at least one 5 star for an 11 pull, even if its a generic weapon with a SB attached. Really *** that you can even pay and get nothing.

Would be really sweet but I would be happy with the rolling gacha that JP gets. Every relic you pull that isn't a 5* adds 2% to your 5* drop rate. Would be an extra 22% drop rate for busting on a 11x pull, 44% for busting on 2 like I just did. 66% chance total next time I pull. It really is shitty, especially for the people who spend money on this stuff. $50 only to get all 3* would feel absolutely terrible. We should have got a system a few events ago that made it so that for every time you don't pull a 5*, your chance to get a 5* goes up. It was in the JP version by the time we are in NA. Some people emailed them about it and they said that NA FFRK was "Going in a different direction" than JP FFRK. That different direction is obviously screwing us over multiple times on good relics like in the SSB celebration, the beginners banner, and the 5* pulling system. Edit: What he said. Really loving these new events, lol, even at my level. I mashed through Greenwood Easy mode and got almost 50k gil, than tried out the new relic draw with the next batch of Mythril I got and got a 5* SOLDIER Sword. Pushed that ***to 12/20 on the spot and put it on Cloud, and put my 20/20 5* Zantetsuken back on my main for now.
If I can find another person to use my 5* Goddess' Tribute(Gun) I can have 3 5* physical weapons in 1 PT. =D Total of 140 mythril later:
Meh 140 mythril, that's what 3 months? You should be happy to get a low tier character relic every 3 months!
At least Greg gets a 119 ATK spear now to Retal with
How do you guys SS the game while it's playing? (I'm new to iphone. <.<)
Oh wow, farmed another 5 Mythril and went to the new relic dra again and got my 1st 5* srmor, something called Tungsten Bangle, it says it changes Limit Break to Salvation.

Dont forget to add Ace Strike for one of them for quick SB recharge. Using those high dmg SB is fun once they starts hitting very hard. Hmm, just got Edge... and I have a dilemma for optimal PT makeup atm. Keep Tyro, 1* attack and a 5* weapon. Or Change to Edge, 4* Attack and a 4* weapon. Which would be stronger?
I wish this event had Vanille instead of stupid Sazh. Although I can finally make use of the christmas gun with him.

I read something about her coming from Lake Bresha Classic, and I saw a quest for that, so I thought she was just somewhere further in the main story. Guess I just haven't been there yet! Though I think multiple characters come from more than one possible source.

Which would be stronger? Tyro has one of the lowest stats in game, but thats because hes the most versatile character in game: he can equip everything and use all abilities. Plus, he has lots of signature weapons that make him one of the most common char in any setup (namely Sentinels Grimoire, the best defensive SB, and Stormlance Grimoire, a very strong multi hit SB), though, its very reliant to luck to get them. Edge on the other side has some good tools like access to thieves ability that are pretty good, but aside that, there are a lot of problems: cant equip sword, that are the most common weapon in FFRK, katana is fine but not every realm has a good one aside signature weapons, and dagger, fists and thrown weapons tend to be weaker. At this point, considering you got Edge, you should have plenty of chars available: Kain, DRK Cecil, Rydia, Rosa, Golbez. Plus you can get Sazh, Hope, Lightning and Fang from FFXIII event plus a lot of others in quest option. Make sure to flag those before doing those stages. - Tidus (S.S.Liki Elite); - Lenna (North Mountain Elite); - PLD Cecil (Baron Castle Elite); - Sephiroth (Midgar Highway Elite); - Tifa (Gongaga Elite); - Aeris (Temple of the Ancient Classic); - Rinoa (Balamb Garden I Elite); - Edgar (Figaro Castle Elite); - Sabin (Mt. Kolts Elite); - Terra (Esper Valley Elite); - Mog (Abandoned Mineshaft Elite); - Quistis (Dollet Classic); - Selphie (Balamb Garden I Classic); - Garnet (M.S.Prima Vista Elite); - Yuna (Besaid Elite); - Auron (Luca Classic); - Cyan (Imperial Camp Classic); - Setzer (Opera House Elite); - Barret (Corel Prison Classic); - Zack (Nibelheim CLassic); - Gilgamesh (Wind Shrine Elite); - Lulu (Kilika Wood Classic); - Tellah (Underground Waterway Elite); - Edward (Antlion's Den Elite); - Vanille (lake Bresha Classic). Though most chars are similar stat wise, what really makes the difference between them are 2 factors:
- Weapon/ability access. If some char can equip Realm Synergy weapon, he tend to be way stronger for its level. And if a char can equip the most valuable abilities at a time, he will be nice to use too. - Signature weapon. Those weapons change a char Soul Break. Some Soul Breaks are so game changing that just having one, it can make a benched char in a MVP. There is a name for the most important Soul Break, the "Trinity": - Hastega (Sazh, Red XIII, Eiko); - Wall (Tyro and Y'Shtola); - Medica - AoE heal (various). HINT: For lower lv, you have one strategy that is the most basic of all and allow one to beat hard content with little investment: Retaliate meta. Equip someone with Retaliate abiltity (2* samurai ability): Cloud, Sephiroth, Auron, Cyan, Gilgamesh and Tyro, and equip your best weapon for that retaliator. Them, you manage to even out everyone damage using a single weapon by having someone weak hitting a retaliator. Retaliate mechanic will direct the hit to mob. On a side note for those starting now, remember to use your eggs to max level a char that can carry one through the event.
Personally, I would grab all those eggs and level the max a retaliator (possible Cloud). Just having he at lv50 (or 65), can allow one to beat most Elite stages with inteligent use of Roaming Warrior (im looking at you, Advance).
