Let me revert all the releases to the first one. It doesn't matter it had bugs! As far as SHEOLHELPER: I tried 40011, 40012, 40013. Nothing works. Am I suppose to change something else in the lua or just that part of line 216?

This works for me Code if packet['Message ID'] == 40011 and player_total ~= packet['Param 2'] then For what it's worth, I'm currently on hook 4.6.2.3 and my display issues persist.
Same, running 4.6.2.3 and still crashes at character login

If I open the Windower console and just enter: Code test console command my application is able to detect / read the command from the MMF as expected, however it seems that it's dropping the first argument and the command is only: Code console command I've tried entering it in the console, doing /console test console command and //test console command, all with the same result. Thanks for the report, we'll look into it (tho no promises on the timeline...!) I know there was no timeline given on this, but just didn't want it to completely fall off the radar. Thanks. It's okay to ask about things or raise concerns; getting snippy and entitled about community efforts is some loser ***though and a very quick ticket out of here (You're still allowed to make fun of me. I know I'm lazy. The Windower/Ashita people aren't, though, and the game would likely be dead without them. Show some motherfucking respect.) When I launch Windower, it's fully updated at 4.6.2.3, and I no longer see the Dev build/version on Windower.net. The issue still exists in Hook 4.6.2.3. The issue still exists in Hook 4.6.2.3. Dev hook is on 4.6.2.4, dev launcher is on 4.6.3.2, and the way to use Windower Dev has changed - I'll make a post in the Windower Dev Tracker tomorrow. But you don't need to do anything about either of that for now, the MMF thing is being looked into. EDIT: on second thought, you should come to the windower discord and help us test/verify the problem and the fix thereof Why were bidder shortcut commands changed? Or is that just a bug
This started happening after tonight's ~8:45 ET hook update:
![]() FYI -- I know that the !ml indicates an automatic detection via machine learning algorithms which are typically false positives but I can't find a way to start Windower without explicitly allowing an exception for the hook in Defender which some people probably won't be comfortable with. -- Update: Arcon noted in Discord that this happens sometimes and that its has to be explicitly allowed in Defender. Draylo said: » Why were bidder shortcut commands changed? Or is that just a bug The following issues should be fixed:
- Console input behaving weirdly around backslashes - Crash on wrong console input - Crash when printing text from the `incoming text` event to the console - The `window_toggleframe` command not working - Color codes in text boxes not working at the start of the text - Text alignment within a text box, especially with text stroke - Certain plugin aliases not working (e.g. Bidder's `//ah`, `//dbox` and `//obox` aliases) - Not being able to bind semicolon - Bind behavior for backspace changing from before - Escaping characters in commands not working If you're still experiencing any of these issues, let me know (preferably in Discord, but we have some people reading this as well, though the response will probably be a bit slower). The last point above means that the console behavior is now as it was before the update a week ago. That means backslashes are used to escape control characters. It's not important to know what that means to the regular user, only thing it means for most people, if you want to bind your backslash key, you need to use two backslashes, i.e. do `bind \\ <command>`. Remaining known issues: - Console text and text boxes not showing up for some people - MMF input cuts off the initial command name - Windower gets flagged by Windows Defender We're working on the first and second, the last is not something we have a lot of control over. I submitted it to Microsoft, now we'll just have to pray they adjust their definitions. For now you'll have to whitelist it in Windows Defender, or tell it to *** off another way. Any other issues are not currently known to me, feel free to report them (again, preferably Discord, but here works as well, with some delay). Draylo said: » Still not working even after reloading and checking for any update. What versions of Bidder and Hook do you have? I just tried myself, and it works for me. Draylo said: » Also for some reason //bind does not cast bind? Even creating a shortcut in shortcuts as //bin and it wont cast bind. We debated this internally, and honestly, the only reason it worked before was due to a copy/paste error in how our command handler was set up. It was not meant to ever work, since `//bind` is a Windower command used for key binds. However, the same issue that caused Bidder not to work right, also makes Shortcuts not work right, which indicates even more that you're on an outdated version. So a restart fixed the bidder and shortcuts issue. I don't get how you are suppose to type of bind then if you disabled that, I doubt many people even used the //bind command for windower. Also now I have an issue where i type //chiblast and it does not equip my gear specified in GS. Using it thru the ability menu does. Wasn't like this before, does nobody type things out these days lol, seems to be related. Edit: Now its not working from menu either, it seemed to work once and then stop. Have relogged and restarted multiple times Draylo said: » So a restart fixed the bidder and shortcuts issue. The outcry from people's binds failing completely dwarfed the people complaining about the `//bind` shortcut not working. But we will release a new Hook to the dev branch, probably today, that will revert the `//bind` behavior, so that shortcuts can handle it again. As for your other issue, does `//chiblast` still trigger the move itself? If so, it's almost certainly an issue somewhere within your GearSwap user file. I'd recommend asking in the GS thread about it. Anyone else have their screenshot button just crashing them anytime they use itb
Just noticed this today, whatever I type into the windower console is mirrored to the chat bar leading to some very confusing things happening.
Am I late to the party to report that Shortcuts the include "/con" such as /consumemana or /convert crash the game completely?
I've temporarily changed my shortcut alias's to /vert and /cmana, but I've had some sad Aminon's where I out of habit type /consumemana and get sent to my desktop I think a lot of them must think we all still use macros. After playing this game so long most just type stuff out because we type fast. I feel like shortcut command should take precedent. Hide and jump are also annoying ones i discovered recently

This should really not be happening and in fact it does not happen on my end (neither live nor dev). Can you reproduce it consistently? Could you provide a screenshot or a video? Is there anyway to fix or get around that? Thanks!
Edit: I changed the windowed mode from windowed to borderless window and it's fully borderless again. I used to use windowed so I could move the game between monitors or minimize to get to the desktop easily |
