Zapdos hat beats out whirlpool mask for most applications although iLvL update in August will probably change that.

MNK is not the best DD but it is pretty much certainly the most useful and boasts the elegance of simplicity.

I'd say natenn and taint coming here to troll my month's only post is proof that there is nothing to do ingame.

Reread my first post. I agreed with you about gearing.

Your 2nd post is HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE. There are plenty of good drops from Delve and Tojil is the best way to Plasma farm.

Whirlpool Mask best Max ACC TP head best SS WS piece.

Tsurumaru is the best weapon in game.
Upukirex for DRG (angon/Surge Jump and pierce weak modes)
Hurch'lan Sash for Max ACC TP.

Even if you just want Oat, you might have to kill Tojil 3 times.

MNK is not the best DD right now btw. It is extremely rare for MNK to win a parse on any of the Delve bosses.
You dont need to farm plasm nope. Most of that gear is useless and also everyone doing boss is likely capped on airlixirs. I know SE is trying their best to convince gimp that delve gear is the best available but no, usukane +1 and thaumas are dtill the best available. As for accessories only the new earrings are really useful. The ammo neck and belt are useless because you ride sv madriagals and sushi. The truth is that repeating kills serve no purpose except for gearing the useless jobs you have leveled.

Those NMs only require to be killed once. No need to optimize anything.

Shark and Bee should be killed once. Tojil should be killed until you've capped on all your drops from Delve :p

What drops ? At this point it's pretty clear MNK is the only DD in the game, and the only thing it needs is oatixur. I'd go as far as to say that the only useful jobs in the game are BRD, MNK, WHM. Only MNK requires gear. BRD only needs full AF3+2 and DDB+GH. and WHM needs ... a staff and full AF3+2 ?
Whms who run around in af3 and arka and nothing else is why groups fail, tyvm.

The only reason your MNK can ride everything in this game is because there are mages (enfeeble, enhance, heal, stun if needed...) that make all the work while you mindlessly hit mobs and popping one or two /ja.

One additional reason your mnk can ride in Fracture is because the PLD can tank all mobs so you don't have to worry about killing adds or staying alive when you pick NMs.

Let's be clear MNK isn't indispensable in Fracture. It's just the easiest, fastest way we found to farm bosses.

At this point the only DD worth bringing is the war with the new Gaxe(till august!) you can drop 1 brd and 1 cor wich allow you to bring 8 DD instead of 6.

I went to a 14% colo Yumcax earlier. I arrived at 71% and it was dead 46 minutes later. I wouldn't really call it suffering.

Why wouldn't you enfeeble everything?

Every enemy action involves a proportionate player reaction. Preventing an enemy action substantially reduces the number of required reactions, and in some cases indirectly reduces fight duration by a variable if not terribly significant amount

Silence makes several fights a lot less annoying and I sort of enjoy being not knocked back / stunned because Tojil spends half of his sub-50% life paralyzed in between stuns.

Yeah no, *** that ***just throw an Ixtab WAR in that slot.

Which made sense in certain situations

If you or your enfeeblers don't care about enfeebling, alright, great, that's not really a big deal, but treating it as something that only inexperienced players do is just asinine. Silence or paralyze something that likes to Paralyga? Your one action potentially just prevented 6 to 18 reactions
