You have Glanzfaust listed as "low base damage" when nothing is even close other than Spharai (which has one more). Did you mean something else?
Also, Tantra body +2 for Impetus up on Smite, and Khepri for down. Although, I suppose this delves into more of those situational variances you will come across depending on the content.

I meant lower base damage than Spharai, but I didn't correct it in my copy/pasting. :X
A lot of these issues arise from the fact that I wrote/organized pretty much all of this in a straight shot that has now comprised twelve+ hours or so. As such, my brain is probably confusing things that I didn't even realize. I mostly posted it because it's much easier for me to proof-read in a posted form, but I can't thoroughly do it until probably tomorrow. That said, thank you for finding my errors for me. Z_Z

Well, at 75, Glanzfaust really did have low base damage - Shenlong's were higher (with lower delay!) and they were only one up (with the same delay) from level 50 Cross Counters.
Kind of sad that with the relatively large boost they've gotten from 75->99, that they're still kind of terrible.

I've been working on MNK builds for Spharai/Verethragna off-and-on, and it pains me whenever I keep seeing pieces I've overlooked. xD Like looking at your gearsets, I assumed Tenryu legs +1 would be best, but I guess not. D: Sucks when you realize that you're missing a couple pieces of legion gear though.
Well, they definitely are some of the time. It depends on your DEX. :c
Byakko's beat Tenryu hakama +1 for shijin spiral? -7dex +3-8(8 for most people)str 12atk/acc(if relevant),3% wsdmg on first hit. Also is thundersoul only winning assuming capped fstr, or does it win regardless over rajas? Also shouldn't myrmex mittens be considered as well for Shijin pending on attack and accuracy?

Love the guide so far, and the Spharai love makes me happy.
Not only did Jinjo write a great guide to Monk, he essentially wrote the Spharai section of Sylow's relic guide as well.

For people in the process of leveling MNK (not abyssea burned to 99), it should be noted that you can use augmented Savate Fists, given by a Dominion Tactician in Aby-Uleg. DMG+5 and Crit hit rate+6 is good. I still see the occasional MNK using Afflictors, which is saddening. Also, use a Brown belt if you don't have a Black belt yet.
