I love people ask them for THF to be a better DD and they still come out and talk about how they have plans to give THF more hate control tools. Anyone messed around with Vajra on test server recently? 15 days till my Vajra will be finished and I'm spreadsheeting Mandalic Stab sets now. That ammo is definitely a worthy contender to replace the venerable raider's boomerang, especially considering how much crit rate / crit damage gear we're getting with the AF/relic upgrades. I would guess (just completely off the top of my head) that it would be far more useful in party situations, where you already have lots of magic haste and may be near a delay cap.
For solo farming though, I'm going to stick to the boomerang just so I have an easy pulling method. There aren't just two choices; it's a sliding scale More enmity/more damage --- meh enmity/meh damage --- low enmity/low damage. There's nothing special about the spot in the middle that you insist on taking because you can continue to slide to the right. If you're really concerned about enmity, WS in -enmity gear and do lousy damage. I'm really not that concerned with enmity+. I'd just rather not have it on the piece instead of S-E clinging to the useless "THF has enmity tools" line. Really not that big of a deal though, it's not why I or anyone else is making the THF DD gear selections they do.
But are you saying Plunderer+1 are BETTER than Pillager+1? Really, for what? And if that's not what you're saying... who cares about this sliding scale. Just don't use Plunderer, except for maybe the very rare situations where you really need a max acc build on THF. Pretty sure I said the complete opposite a few posts back.

You shot down Mercy Stroke pretty quickly, and you're probably right! Maaaaybe it's still a best option for Exenterator (no crit, multi-hit) when you need acc thanks to the combination of AGI/STR/Acc. That's pretty niche though, and I'm definitely grasping at straws to find a place for Plunderer's legs to fit. More realistically is that it's just not that important to upgrade since the times you'll really need that max acc piece are quite rare. Because you're giving BS 'advise' to an already shrinking talent pool.

Just so I don't confuse any novice players, don't factor enmity into your gear choices. We swing a dagger really fast. We cap enmity fast already. It would be nice if it took a little longer to do so by not having enmity+ stats on our JSE gear. Oh well, we can deal. And Plunderer+1 legs still aren't that good, unless you're in some situation where you need mega-acc at the cost of the better stats on other pieces (Pillager+1, Quiahuiz, etc.) I like it, personally. I'd up my enmity+ merits from 5 to 10 or higher if I could, and I don't know a single serious melee players who aren't 5/5 enmity. There are only a few select situations where having hate is not a good idea and those are far and few between to mold your character around.
And Plunderer+1 legs are still good since it has the highest acc for the slot, unless you can get higher with the new delve leg augments. There are plenty of things where you won't cap hit rate unless you're super buffed, and you're not always super buffed. Btw, in case you haven't noticed, SE didn't 'put' enmity+ on them. 119 AF2 is based off of AF2, and AF2 legs already had a high amount of enmity on them already. Following up on Qaaxo augments:
