I would just buy Aluh. I haven't found a situation where I need an agi thokcha. Anything I'm duoing is easy enough that a hybrid evasion set works and anything that would require a full evasion set is probably being tanked by the real dd's.
All jobs can cap pdt/mdt so that's not even an issue, besides raw dmg I see no difference between a thf tank and a DD, other than the DD`s needing more healing.
Well I mean to make it sound like you're not evasion tanking when you reach a certain difficulty so there's no need for evasion daggers because there's no evasion tanking. I can't think of any practical situation where I would need evasion daggers.

oops, I completely glossed over where he said "linked." And yea, eva would definitely not be capped on linked dyna DCs.
Hello, I picked up my mandau a couple days ago and have a couple questions about my Mercy Stroke sets.
SA Mercy:
Heca Cap has Attack+6 and Dbl Att+3
TA Mercy:
So couple questions:
1. Is thaumus legs/head worth useing over whirlwind/heca?
2. In the SA set would Wanion Belt be better for the added dex?
3. In the TA set would Kudzu Aketon be better than toci?

For both probably just throw in ghillie earring over Suppa until Vulcan's/Flame whatever.

So I haven't played thf since the golden days of abyssea, but I've suddenly decided to bring it out of retirement. I've been digging through my old gear in an effort to modernize it, and my question now is this: In this day and age, is a full eva build still worth having?

Working on a body for MS, which is some good body pieces to have? im using athos' atm cause i have nothing else >.< (Pil wont give up meh Toci's). Not sure if i should work on Heca+1, fake toci body or something else im missing with some Str mods. thanks
