i have a question, what is the best ammo slot to use during my ws?
That is a very vague question. I would say ombre tathlum for WSC with bomb core if you're desperate for attack.
bomblet core is a nice compromise, especially during legion if you need ws acc. In the end you have a lot of variables for a question like that.

<3 working 7-5 EST as always lol. I'm only on here when i'm working /blush lol. Im usually on xi 7-10 ESTish a couple days a week.
I work 74 hrs a week now, and school full time so ya hard to find time but I do play.

You got too much store tp then.
You can try houyi's gorget on neck and use bale gauntlets +2 instead of ogier's hands. You can use zelus tiara instead of bale head +2 when AM is down so you're at 24 % haste.
You can put some work in making a nyzul static too. Those gears will give you better options.

that's entirely based upon what you ws in. I would highly recommend downloading the ffxicalc utility. If you use the "delay" tab you can enter your delay, change the subjob to sam and then enter how much stp you ws in (by slot even if you dont know the total number). Once you get a total tp return based on how many hits the ws is you can punch that number into the "custom: " slot and start changing the gear up for what you actually tp in. Very handy tool.

i did that with one that i found and it says i have a 4hit post ws with 4 tp overflow on the calc i use.
also i just looked and on my stp set the ah site adds 20 stp to the set instead of 4 for the rose strap

not familiar with that but it sounds like you can move around gear to get that overflow as close to 0 as possible with the best possible +stat combination
Currently with Rose strap you are at a 5 Hit I would work on Phorcys legs and head that will Up your haste and Store tp a bit. Let me find a 4 hit build for you ok. Stay tuned.
This is the only way currently you will be able to get a 4 hit.

I lied that still only comes up to 24.8 a swing which you would need a Store tp earring.

with this set you would need 1 store tp for a 4 hit.
Maybe try that latent earring with 2 store tp need warding circle up though.
Would need to keep them rolling it though.

I ws with rajas brutal and rose strap in set.
You'd need 34-35 store tp to maintain a 5 hit (4 hits after ws).
Taint's set has an Armada with Store TP +6 for example.
I'm using goading belt in my set cause i have store tp +4 on adaberk and no hagneia stone. Obviously his set is superior to mine.

I think that to maintain a 5 hit Pole grip will force you to ws with a store TP gear in a slot where another option would be better. But if you're good with that it's ok.
any situation you're getting regain pole is good still, vw/embrava etc

I know, I just wanted to clarify before someone takes you too seriously.
Also worth noting that 1) you'd have to fulltime that and 2) the second set actually has the same STP as the first since you dropped 1 STP on the body by switching to Murzim.
SAM roll as well. 8 or above (7+ if you have a SAM main) allows you to safely 5-hit /WAR without Rose Strap if you're so inclined.
