Dyna Solo

If you're getting 250 coins with 5 PEOPLE you are doing something SERIOUSLY wrong. I've gone with 2 other people (me 2box another 3box +1 person) and we got 500+ coins. You must be severely lacking on killspeed and holding mobs too long to proc.

Pray to God, he'll make them drop for you.

I do Dynamis - Valkurm, dual boxing with my WHM alt as THF/DNC.

Best run so far is 205 coins, with the occasional 100 (not from white stagger) but I average around 150. It's important to note when the zones aren't populated over 15 people.

After farming TE's I go back to the east for Easy Prey mobs.

Flies 0:01 -> 8:00 | Beach by Lufaise Meadows warp/Abyssea - Misareaux Maw (recommend against this if solo)
*alt. Flytraps 0:01 -> 8:00 | Bunny area otw to Konschtat Highlands
Sheep 8:01 -> 16:00 | By Konschtat Highlands
Treants 16:01 -> 0:00 (also kill Stcemqestcint when it's up) | East corner of the main part of the zone

150 dual boxing at 99 EP flies sheep treant??? SMH

Im new to this, and dont go hard, forgive me for not meeting your standards.

All my WHM alt brings me is haste and cures, not staggering or killing.

Solo Bubu as thf/dnc most I could manage is 210, I hear bst is around 250, TE would almost certainly be much easier on bst but besides that you're looking at a 40-50ish coin difference I guess between well geared thf/dnc and bst/dnc.

Best piece of advice you must take from this if you're gonna do bubu as thf is steal berserk it kicks *** and I swear it doesnt just give you ridiculous ammounts of attack it also grants hundredfists too. Mobs die faster from dot than the recast timer for a second boxstep, which usually pisses me off having to turn waiting to proc a mob when this sick berserk is going to waste. Once im sure it lasted well over 5mins, mostly its 10sec-90sec ish.

I pulled 219 today in Bubu, solo, and average 175 daily.

Question: getting all the TEs is best for farming currency? im assuming 5/5 right?

I have a stupid question here. I've killed the 4 different TE statues that roam around the EP's in Dyna Valkrum, where is the 5th? just any other statue by the stronger mobs?

TE-5 "varies" among the four types of TE above it. If you forget their name, Time Extensions always check as Impossible to Gauge, normal statues don't.

Isn't the rule of thumb for TE5, that is spawns amongst DC beastmen mobs?

Dynamis-Valkurm ( Sheep/treant/fly ) : i duo each days bst/dnc + sam/dnc > 350-400 coin per run depend on competition.

For solo thf/dnc or bst/dnc ( TH is rly important if you want/need rly profit), and with the merit ws you can kill pretty fast.

I use Faithful Falcorr, depending on how i feel i eat either red or yellow curry buns, Ruinator 5/5 will do anywhere from 1.5k-3.3k.

It's straight forward, this goes for every Dyna.

1.You kill your TE's all 5 of them. This is pretty big, If you don't kill at least 3 you can't even proc to my knowledge. The more you get the better your drop rates will become and you will have a higher rate of staggering enemies.
I remembered when I proc'd a Thief (grellow proc btw) with only 4/5 TE's killed, it still used Perfect dodge. This shouldn't happen, If you kill all TE's, the monster If in the process of using it's 2 hour, or before even using it, if you proc (Will be red) will nullify its ability to use said 2hour ability or dispel it. ie, provoke procing a Perfect dodged thief will dispel it.

2.Job ability proc DC monsters according to Game time, Move to different mob when the monster changes to a different type. Remember Your Pet's Sic ability counts as a JA proc. I use back heel since Fantod is a boost effect and doesn't work for proc.

3. Don't be cheap, Buy food for yourself use Reward instead of putting your pet on Stay to heal, it's only killing what money you could be making. You only need Petfood Zeta with a half decent Reward build. For those of you using Reward Axes.. Just don't. Those serve zero purpose unless you're not engaged, I don't even own a pair because they are a complete waste of inventory space. They are weak axes if you melee in them and Kill your TP if you Switch into them for reward. You can get super close to cap without them even i don't know the exact % you can get right now but im tired so look it up yourself but it's close enough to justify selling those axes.

Don't Use dipper, On Phoenix, Falcorr is only 40k ish more a stack or so and he decimates dipper in survivability and utility. The only thing Falcorr actually lacks is a full circle AOE, He only has a conal, not a big deal.

ok so, quick question, I just went and solo'd dynamis valkurm, got 4/5 time extensions and was proccing mobs almost every time. I just finished and ended up with 20 ancient currency pieces overall, anything i could do differently to get more?

get 5/5.. and even still, if you only got 20 pieces but you procced just about every mob.. how many did you kill? 10 mobs?

You could be limited by your job choice, I'm not sure. I haven't tried doing it on THF, though I may if the TH nerf on BST is a critical blow to farming (If I ever get back to it.).
