Simplified: In the case of WS's like Tachi: Shoha. Pyrosoul Ring (which has 1 strength more than Strigoi Ring) will typically win.
The comment about Strigoi Ring having only 2.25 more attack was because 1 Strength = 0.75 attack (for a 2 handed weapon) so (3-0.75 = 2.25). I thought it was fairly simple math :/

Noob to SAM here but would that 4 hit build Zeo posted be better for DOT than a 5hit Masa even though Fudo is double damage? Probably stupid question but curious.
Fudo is ***unless you have capped attack. Stick with Shoha.
So without capped attack, Kikugosaku using Shoha is better than Masa with Fudo?

Depends. TP Bonus GKT is an amazing weapon too. I don't know enough about any Kiku builds to offer judgment.

While I wouldn't hesitate to buy a Phos+1 for 45mil its hardly needed.
With capped magic haste (embrava/marches+haste) you don't need Phos+1 to hit the delay cap NQPhos or Bullwhip gets you there.
Its also worth stating the gear set I posted with a 7% belt will out do your set on anything but trash mobs.
Porthos is a Jeuno body, leave it there.

I used Amano99 for my comparisons. What does legion have to do with using proper sets?
