Well, I don't smoke a whole joint, take a few hits and put it out for later. I'm a lightweight 'cause I've pretty much given it up, except for special occasions. But you're right, I don't get anything healthy out of it, but it's not really unhealthy either. Certainly no worse then pretty much everything you buy prepackaged in a grocery store...
