Hearing conflicting information, some people reporting mobs aren't leveling while some are complaining that they are all VT. Done some testing of my own, seems bats in Tahrongi are remaining DC-EM and never dropping to EP. Will have to test a little more but when I did dogs in Attohwa they were VT in 3 pulls. Only claimed one dog, pulled entire camp etc. Kind of fun having a throwback to before they added the despawn patch, but still have no idea what they changed.

Most if not all mobs in Visions zones can't physically go higher than EM to a lv 90.

Forgot to mention I tested having people in alliance, in Attowha someone dragged along some keyers and it was a full alliance. However, that never seemed to matter, i've burned plenty of camps with full alliance and all the mobs have remained EP.

Have you gone to a camp with a full alli and not had mobs lvling up? Before update you could mass kill mobs with a full alli getting exp, and I just want to verify that this is still possible. And as pro said, most old zone mobs can't go above EM.

As I stated visions mobs weren't dropping to EP for me, them being capped at EM wasn't the point. Saw a full alliance on couerls and their mobs were EP-DC so i'm not sure what the difference is.

haven't had any cleaves level up for me :) pull bigger, and take longer to get back to 3-4shot them all at once and they should level down, I've been keeping squibs EP for the last 3hours.
