The question is great, and I'm not going to bash you on that, but even ignoring the date on the thread, the title had little relevance to your question and would have been buried at least 6 pages back in the Samurai forum.

It's not about the question, it's about how you went about it.

And you can't really feign innocence when I see 12 posts on your account and all but the ones in this thread were in more relevant/recent threads(in fact they were all guide threads, meaning you know they exist).

The Samurai thread is also about 70% of the time on the main page so it's just incredibly hard to believe that you didn't either see it on the main page or as one of the the top 3-4 threads of the Samurai forums on the first page and went 6 pages back to where the 8 year old/9 year old threads were to ask a question.

It just doesn't make sense.

Oh that's the only thing I had to say. Whether or not it's a troll the fact of the matter is, this forum has been incredibly unforgiving lately and even trolling a troll makes it look worse than it is.

There's a lot of helpful people here and it just seems like they're being stabbed in the back by the people acting like ***, whether it's deserved or not.

I find it hard to believe someone mistakenly goes to a thread that last had a post in 2011 to ask a question.

That's why I posted the SAM thread and FFXI questions thread.

That way, everyone who has the misfortune to wonder into this thread after it dies again will at least see that those 2 threads exist...at this time.

TBH, if he did it just to try to break a record on the necro, he needs to be better at it.

Besides, the toxicity came from him. Yes, I contributed in some of the toxic waste, and I'm never going to deny that. But he doesn't need to be defended from his actions.

All things considered, the necro comment was still way more relevant to this thread than anything kingnobody posted since.

The guy has 17 posts, he asks clear consise questions and gave thanks after answering. I mean again it's up to you but you could cut him some slack.
