it was rush. they were attackers.

So I just had a rank 15 who was my gunner in the attack chopper send me a message after flying complimenting me... Was in rush and I assume rush pilots can't fly like conquest pilots cause I'd say I'm average in conquest but apparently in rush I make the other team use Soflams and Guided Shells.

I wasn't really that good in the beginning, but now I piss people off.. halfway through any match where I'm a pilot in the attack chopper I can't do anything but fly at full speed and duck around buildings/terrain I'm constantly being targeted =/ assuming I have a good gunner, the enemy choppers can't touch me.
Still feels good that you're such an annoyance to the enemy team, that like half the team is concentrating just on taking you down.
Speaking of which, does anyone on ever get this thing where your chopper just suddenly loses lift for no real reason? Like not even being hit or anything, just for whatever reason I'll be flying along then I'll start rapidly losing altitude.

Nah never had that on a chopper.
I did get a jet stuck at the map ceiling flying straight up with after burners on for 30 seconds >_>

Well I just found out that some of the hotkeys are broken. Mapping S to something else for example wont work. I downloaded a program and its working wonders at moving these broken keys. (example I couldnt ever slow down in a jet since S couldnt be changed.)

im quite proficient with the hili's, kinda curious about the lazer painter. is it worth using over air radar? i keep meaning to change it to test it out but i always forget lol
I would say the laser painter isn't worth the slot.. I can't remember what I use in that slot, but I don't use air radar either (I do use air radar in the jets though) there's only been a couple of times where the enemy chopper has managed to take me by surprise, not nearly enough to justify taking up that slot.
Well for attack chopper anyways, the scout heli's might be worth using it (laser painter) on..

I'm getting so annoyed with the lack of Squad VoIP. Everyone is too busy playing lone wolf to actually play as a team. My team always seems to lose because of lack of teamwork.

What does everyone think about the new bolt action sniper rife. I am not homw right now and bad with names I think its the L96. The British one.

so havent really played bf3 since dlc. maybe a few matches. anyways how do you unlock the famas? is it for all kits? and is it a good gun? and if you have a link that will give me info on all the new guns from the dlc and how to get them then sure put that up instead of explaining the famas lol just at work atm.

Edit: I shall warn you iron sights blow on the famas. It blocks like 57% of your vision. It's the ONLY gun I suggest using the ACOG over iron sights until Holo.

sweet. i was wondering why i got it to half unlocked (dont have med-kit on atm) lol but now im leveling support for lulz with c4 >.> anyways ill try out the famas. think i use the m416? with assault atm...

If you go to battlelog and then stats, there's a tab called assignments, that lists everything you have to do for every weapon, as well as charts the progress you have made on each so far.
