I thought BF3 was suppose to come with Strike at Karkand if you preordered it or did they decide to just release it later o(｀ω´*)
Trying to kill people with the MAV is very fun.. kept getting the lockon warning as they tried to missile me down. It's to bad the bonus points you get for scouting as so.. bad. if you play drone the entire map you get like 300 points even though you're showing enemies on radar and helping out.

If You got it from gamestop you can go back and tell them the code didnt work and they will print up a new one

Just got out of a T.Highway game as recon using the MAV. A couple on the team thanked me for spotting for them and giving them so many targets. /warm fuzzy feeling
I got 16 surveillance ribbons in that game, placed 5th overall with just over 2200 points, 0 kills 0 deaths, earning near 6k points total.

btw i love this game. it was a little rough at first coming off the whole cod thing but i feel as though i adjusted nicely. just got my first mvp in conquest last night. was awesome!

Anyone able to get their battle feed working on consoles? 360 specifically
I play it on 360 and have everything working but the Battle Feed... dunno why it isn't work, says "Account not activated" and when i go to there website to activate it says you have to buy the game {/sigh} but in all best looking game i have ever played and seen to date :D

Most games will have a bias though when playing them because they do work with Nvidia or AMD to optimize their games for one of the two manufacturers. EA and DICE in recent years has actually been making their games optimized for AMD. :/ Kinda makes me sad since I just ordered this GTX 590 when it launched.
I have a GTX590 and it's the greatest card I have ever used. It's awesome. BF3 runs flawless on Ultra with 70-120FPS on 64player maps.
On another note; woot rank 22 and unlocked the semi-auto shotty.

I thought it was like BC2 where you can only spot about 3-4 times or so without actually spotting someone until it doesn't work for 10-20 seconds.
When I'm using my MAV I'm spamming Spot like it's going out of style. There are times where I hit it 4 ot 5 times on someone to get it to take. But I've never had it not work, just server side lag with it not registering. If it's any different when on the ground I'm not sure. But I just spam spotted 197 people in T.Highway.

Oh no I don't regret the card either. Only issue initially was early beta AMD drivers spanked Nvidia drivers. Isn't an issue now. Back when I made that post it was before much was known and it wasn't apparent yet on how much favoritism the game would show.

Depends on the game I would say, grenade launchers in Black Ops were a really lame weapon.

I'm always amazed people keep buying FPS games so ravenously. There have been very few that have actually done anything new to the genre. I think Borderlands was the last I could call innovative due to their weapon collection system. I wouldn't mind seeing that expanded upon with accessories and body armor and such. But they release like 3 FPS games a month and I can't stand the community of half of them for the reason you so clearly stated.
Today has been the first time I've seen such nerdrage and it only happened on 3 or 4 maps. Considering I've played.. 160 maps total the community has been pretty solid. I'm actually amazed at how well some work together.
There's been a lot of CoD fanboys on going 'omg this sux' and such, but overall it's been good. Just takes 1 *** to start insulting people then the flamewar starts but is usually over by next map.

love the game... but signing up to activate the battlelog and the origin PSN connect problem /sigh... such a *** hassle. it took me forever just to figure out how to link my PSN account to battlelog. and origins just completely dosnt work for play station users... and i used my redeemable codes for dog tags on origins which looks like its lost for me in till they fix it >.>;
I found out that most ppl like to hide inside buildings so I got me a noob tube class. haha kill like 3 at a time with that gun with 40 mm tube. Btw any1 have or can give me some advice on how to level up the chopter that shoots those missles cant kill anything. I want heat seekers so bad.
For the chopper the best way to level up is to strafe gun people on the ground. Get going at a good clip then power slide it and open up on people before you have to level back up. If you can get a straight run at them from a distance it works well too.
People love hiding in corners and buildings. I also love coming up behind people and knifing them because they were so intent on camping a hallway that is 200 yards away from their cap points.
I've become addicted to the IR scope. It's like a godsend to fight against people who lay in brush and wait for others to run by. Or lay inbetween rocks waiting to ambush someone. Especially good against those who glitch themselves with the prone bug. That really needs to be fixed.

True hope its not like laggy BO with hit dection. Im tired of BF3 aka lose conection to the game.Plus im tired of putting a clip into some1 and them auto aim and kill me with 2 shots
