Well i checked i However got charged $0.00 so my month is free, i even tried to contact a GM hoping to have some information but was told it most likely wont be fixed until monday. But and the Husband's account still the same error code, so my guess is, if you can't get into the game be waiting for an announcement on monday. If you happened to get billed for this month, check March's payment too cause many didnt pay in march and are now complaining about being billed now. First sign of any insight on this please post it :)
We should do what European Football Clubs do. When the fans are disappointed and appalled at the ownership, the create a supporter's trust. Then with this trust they pool money and buy out the club from the owners. Then administer the program the way they desire.
It could be the FFXI players trust. All FFXI players out there pool however much money they want and we buy FFXI from SE and run it ourselves. Basically charge the same fees but make it a not for profit. Turn any revenue towards improving the game, more customer support, etc.

Well I got tired of waiting and looked at the official forum site, theres quite a few threads on there about it as well. I noticed at the very beginning of the main thread, the second post was a moderator saying that the thread was in the wrong place but no other point in that thread does a moderator post anything with any answers. So I made a new thread targeted directly at the moderators asking for some info since they obviously can read the threads in real time.

Not really :/ been watching through TV shows but that gets boring after 5-6 hours straight.
I gotta go to the store tomorrow anyway so I guess that'll eat up a few hours.

We've established SE's MMO division is a poorly managed business. Take any other major business - an airline reservation service for example. If memory serves, a 30 minute outage (such that people couldn't book their flights) cost the company millions of dollars of business as customers substituted away from the airline in question to one with better enterprise risk management.
Now let's turn to SE: a two-week outage due to natural disaster is one thing (and even then, a more sound business would have had offshore backup servers to keep services running immediately after the crisis), but an additional "outage" due to their inability to manage their own info systems is just pathetic. The sad thing is, they're not losing our business because we're all coke-addicted to their game.
If this had been any other industry, they would have lost my business in a heartbeat.

seems to be NA only, looked in the japanese section of the forum and no reports about this bug, except for 1 person who speaks english, just posted in jp section.............
