POL?

You know, I'm usually very patient and nice to phone reps -- their job is hard, and customers generally aren't in a good mood -- but I can't say I regret being rude to the dude I just talked to. I called to ask why I was still locked out here at day four, and if they had any information about why some people continue to be locked out while others are getting in, and the kid on the line regurgitated SE's vague, unhelpful releases on the subject in a bored tone that suggested that I was being childish by expecting, you know, a little info for my time/effort. No empathy, not a single apology (and in fact, a defensive little 'well, we don't work on the weekends' when I noted that it's been four days).

I've always tried to be empathetic to SE's code-monkeys and customer service reps, but I'm done defending them. They really just dgaf.

will it bring up your info or anything? My friend had to redo all his info because it was all wipped out. If you know your content ID and the game codes it should be really easy to put in all the info again. (if that is the problem)

Yeah, we're completely locked out -- basically the system routes you into a certain path (reactivate > enter info) and when you hit the UCS 5024 you are sent right back where you started. There's no way around it.

I've been getting more and more irritated. Not by the error, because, well, mistakes happen and all. But SE's lack of communication and transparency at this point -- day 4, day 2 of business -- is completely ridiculous.

and most of my buds are playing atm. pissed. i said to the rep a few min ago, I know april is free, but c'mon. he's like 'its not free for everyone'. I'm like how so? He says if you didn't pay your march fees, you get charged for april. I'm like, you better have charged me before closing my account.

well yea, I had about 60 stones atm which is good for me, I don't want it going back to the original amount which was way lower.

Yeah that would suck :/ my stone count was ok, so I assume everyone else should be as well

I just hope they are able to isolate the code that went wrong and fix everything before everyone hits their boiling point.

6pm PST and still getting 5024, going to assume that SE is done for the day.

Wondering if anyone has had problems logging back on after after logging off after this supposed fix? Was locked out over the weekend got on Monday morning and kinda fraud to logg off invade it locks out again.

WTF?! People are still locked out? Man, this is some ***, it should've been fix entirely by now for real. Someone knows how to fix it because they fixed it on a few of us already, why have they not applied that fix to everyone by now?


To your question, I was able to get back on normally like nothing was ever wrong just out of the blue yesterday, played for a bit, logged out, logged in tonight and it's still like nothing was ever wrong and it went right to the game. Which brings me back to why the *** has this fix not been applied to every account by now?!

I still cant get on myself. Going to try calling Customer Support to see if they can get my account fixed, if not, just gonna wait it out.

So this keeps getting weirder... MY main charcter was booted friday night or whatever it was but my other 2 accounts were fine. I got my main account back on a couple days ago, but come home today to find that my alts account has now been nailed with UCS-5024 now.

Kinda strange if this was a billing mistake that the account would be hit so long after....

Oh, our stone count was still building? I figured since technically the server acted as if we had cancelled our accounts we'd be losing out.

Yep, mine was building and I was confident it would since my xiah job status updated over the weekend when my account was locked out

I think I was in the last tier of people locked out so... Glad that ***is over with.

Still no good, bogus stuff going on here.

Wasn't able to log in at 2 AM, but now (10:55 CDT) I am finally in.

It only took them like 6 days to fix it! :X

Oh well, I'll stop complaining now :). Good luck to those still locked out! :(
