Husband and I both use the same CC and all. I play on PC he is on Xbox. Mine is fine and dandy no chanrges for this month. His on the other hand, says there is no content ID's.....
Everytime we pay for the account it goes out at the same time. His is not a payment issue though, just saying no content ID
It will let him log in as far as the "Play" button on the pretty screen then say there is no content ID.
Going to The Content ID> Reactivate ID > Error UCS-5024 Invalid Process. Please exit the current application.
So i figure we should check the billing *Which i can get to just fine on my account as well as the ID part to add new ones* his says-
Service & Support>Membership> Error UCS-5024 Invalid Process. Please exit the current application.
I even tried to log him in on my PC and the same stuff.
