Husband and I both use the same CC and all. I play on PC he is on Xbox. Mine is fine and dandy no chanrges for this month. His on the other hand, says there is no content ID's.....

Everytime we pay for the account it goes out at the same time. His is not a payment issue though, just saying no content ID

It will let him log in as far as the "Play" button on the pretty screen then say there is no content ID.

Going to The Content ID> Reactivate ID > Error UCS-5024 Invalid Process. Please exit the current application.

So i figure we should check the billing *Which i can get to just fine on my account as well as the ID part to add new ones* his says-
Service & Support>Membership> Error UCS-5024 Invalid Process. Please exit the current application.

I even tried to log him in on my PC and the same stuff.

This is my story exactly! Only mine is content ids and his says payment. We pay our fees at the same times with the same card. How can one be paid and not the other? So confusing!

I'm going to log back on to my account through xbox and see if I can get the content ID's active. I'll just have to *** at them on monday to get my April fee's back...

I won't mind paying for it, but with all this bullcrap we are going through with content ID's not being able to active and accounts getting closed, I feel the need to ***. They shouldn't have tried to give us a free month if they couldn't get it right lol

Someone in my LS just logged on and said theirs was credit card problem and they were just able to get it to go after waiting for an hour. He plays on PC but still nothing from anyone on the whole Content ID thing. Kind of frustrating.

Got my content ID active and in the game by using Xbox 360...still no luck with my husband account PC or Xbox wise

@Galkipoo That's my story to. I play on xbox myself and I left my game on to go work out last night and when I came bk it said I was disconnected so naturally I tried to log bk in and got that gay message no content ID and since maintenance was going on I couldn't check out my stuff so I just went to bed thinking it might be ok tomorrow when I wake up and no it wasn't lol not only that but its Saturday so I got to wait all weekend just to have the pleasure to speak with SE if anyone has this problem and gets it resolved plz let me know. BTW I've been playing for years and use the same CC so thats not the issue.

Yeah I just retried and got the same error again, tried to log it on with Xbox and PC. Im just trying to figure it out before he gets out of bed cause he only gets to play on the weekends. and Our CC was Changed in Jan. but i dont see how that would make a problem since we've paid for all the months in between. But again it the content ID error we are getting not billing.

Same here.

Husband only has off today and I'm trying to get his account to go through but it just keeps throwing me that error every time. I've tried to go in to membership just to make sure his CC information still there and I get kicked out of that also. Tried just spamming the reactive content id button, that doesn't work also.

Its been like this for at least 4 hours. (since ive been up)

Not like i have been spamming it, been doing housework and periodically cheching back and trying to get it going before the hubby gets out of bed. As mentioned before weekends are basically his only play time. Figured I would make chat here with people with the same issues.

Registration server maintenance doesn't really explain why some people got billed and others didn't and furthermore why some people's entire POL accounts were deactivated.

yeah this sucks. my account got billed and states invalid payment info and it deactivated my account and I can't reactivate it. SE lovely support says 24/7, but will only respond Monday - Friday...lame.

Seems there is a couple different things going on, hope they fix it quickly. Im really more confused about the no content ID part. But i guess ill wait it out and watch the forums. I usually dont type on this but i think i might start lol.

I just looked at SE's site and I didn't see anything about an extension on server maintenance, but I'm still unable to activate my content ID's. WTF

I tried to login this morning and got the "account canceled due to no payment".

My CC is up to date, no reason for no payment.
Logged into POL as per instructions and it said "payment has been paid" but I'll need to update my CC info.
As has been said, I figure its just an issue with them trying to waive fees for April.

Then I had to reactivate my Content ID but the POL login that I had just used 2min prior,
now says that my POL ID and Password are wrong... Error: UCS5000

So idk, reading through this thread everything sounds similar except my POL ID/Password no longer working.

Wanted to know if anyone has/had this problem?

Yeah, same problem here Sicc. Only difference is, I never recieved any errors whatsoever until I got to the second screen for 'play', where it told me I needed a content ID. I go to reactivate the content ID and it gives me that error and tells me to gtfo. I think we all need to grab some torches and march on SE's offices...

Well ***... Thanks for letting me know LT, at least its not just me.

MY POL ID/Password has been the same since I started so I'll just hope its an issue on their end.

It better be a waiting game cause I'ma be fkn pissed if I have to jump through all the SE hoops to fix this.
