I opened the wrong package dammit! I have to wait for the regular rolls to cook first then I can make the Cinnabon rolls. My Sunday isn't going very well,lol

1st screen...enter POL password...fine

2nd screen...enter SE password and one time password...fine

3rd screen....reactivate or log out...I click reactivate

4th screen....enter POL ID and password...fine

5th screen....Error UCS-5024 Invalid process please log out.

Can't even get on POL to update any info and SE isn't replying to any of the many threads about this on the Official Forum site, very bad PR for a company this big.

As I mentioned this morning at about 6am pst I was able to get in. It was a tamultuous ordeal, even when I was allowed. I had to input credit card informations several times before it finally took; each time having to start from scratch. I was only able to after rebooting the computer. I'm not suggesting that is what will get you in. Seems we're all havin to do different things. I've even had people tell me that they've actually done a complete reinstall, to no avail.

Edit: It doesn't always say my ID/Password is wrong, just sometimes, ***is *** up...

Were you able to log on to POL yesterday, just not the game? Most of us here weren't able to get on POL at all. The fix SE did made it possible for people to log on to the game today that were able to log on to POL yesterday, but didn't fix the problem for the rest of us.

yeah, once I saw that a few was able to get in, I made an attempt. I got to the part where it told me I had no content ID (after the "Don't forget your family, work, etc.,etc.) and attempted to reactivate my content ID. I expected the error code 5024 at this point. I didn't get it. Instead, I recieved a message requesting I update my payment information before proceeding. That inspired me. It was after that, however, that I had to make the several attempts. My CC had no problems going through, was repeatedly verified. However, once I came back to POL and hit the "Submit" tab, it gave me an error, telling me that either the server was busy or my cc information was wrong. After the reboot, I was able to proceed.

So you were one of the lucky few that the fix helped. There were 2 problems with the registration server, one was closed accounts(like most of us here) and second was the one they fixed about content id's missing. SE hasn't addressed the problem lots of people are still haveing.

Yeah, and I feel for ya'll. Especially Siccmade, as his issue seems somewhat more dire. I imagine that SE's phones are going to be lit up tomorrow; rightfully so.

What's calling in going to do? Honest question, I would assume this is going to be a mass fix so calling in I would imagine wouldn't help at all. They'll end up just telling you they're working on the problem and should expect results in the next couple days.

Then again, this is me making up an excuse in my head so I DONT have to call tomorrow because I wont be home until way late. :|
