POL?

I'm saying this again cause its 2:40AM, I've seen posts of people able to get further into POL than I.

My issue is I can't even log into POL, I get an error saying my POL ID/Password is wrong.

I asked earlier if anyone had this problem but I see people can get all the way to the "play" button.

My CC is good and my POL ID/Password is entered correctly.

How long were the servers down exactly? The way I see it, as long as you get the same amount of free playtime that you lost due to downed servers, I don't really see a reason to complain about issues.. Well passed what people complain about it as the norm. I'm not saying you don't have a right to be upset that the game isn't working, only that you shouldn't be complaining about not being able to play during the free period.

Now if you're losing more time during what is supposed to be the free month to make up for it, then I could understand some animosity.

Until things hit that point, you're still getting what you paid for last month, but weren't able to use. Anything beyond that is just a courtesy, they're in no way required, even ethically to give you extra free time than you lost. I mean hell, it was because of a natural disaster, they didn't even have to give you any free time.. Almost no one would quit if they didn't, because they have your soul.

Damn Sic, I think your problem is totally unrelated to the UCS error. At least it sounds like it. If I were you though.. I'd run a check files. Then, if that's clear, I'd wait til they do the maint on the UCS error, just in case. If that don't work, you either have to call em monday, or, heaven forbid, reinstall

I would go so far as to see if you could log into the SE account site, if you're still getting the issue, I'd start wondering if perhaps your account has been compromised.

Ohshi, I didn't think of that. However, I sincerely doubt that someone hacked Sic. All of his ***'s rare/ex and he's broke (just kidding).

Never know.. Could be possible he had a key logger, and they got into his account using the info from the key logger and changed the password first (that would be my first step if I hacked an account) only to find nothing.. Not saying that's likely, just that it's one possibility.

they did re-word the heading a little, letting us know basically that we haven't been forgotten

Man, first thing I did was "check files",
this was before I had even seen this thread and known it was an issue.

My early posts said the same thing, that I couldn't log into POL.

As far as my account being compromised, I've not in all my years gave my info to anyone, so idk beyond that.

I'll just assume that it is more than a coincidence that hella people can't log in.
/hope for the best.

Reg servers have been up for about an hour now btw.

I'm able to get much farther than before, but for some reason it isn't accepting my CC. But it expires on 4/11 (This month) and telling me the expiry date is wrong.

Oh well.

It normally dont let u apply credit cards withing less than 2 months remaining

I always thought they always went by month/year when verifying a card's expiration date.. That could be the case, and even though it's not officially expired for another 8 days, it's showing it is expiring this month and they won't accept it for that reason.. Just a thought.

Ah didn't know that, going to have to call up and find out whats up with the issuance of my new card.

hmm... now i can get to reactivation screen area but says:
USC-1104 to me >.> i need to purchase ids now? i hope my account hasn't been deleted @,@

same here, it looks like i dont even have a ID.

Well, I couldn't log after the reg server maint, UCS 5024, no Content ID and such.

I lunched POL today and I get LM-08 it said to reactivate Content ID. After I did that (went smothly through all of the windows) still same ***saying you have no content id.

I tried again via content id menu. It gave me an error UCS 1104, so I had to update my payment info. Did that, then reactivated IDs and I was able to log in.

At reactivation window I had to pay 12.95$, a monthly fee. All went smoth, no erros.

I'm EU playing with NA account.
