I remember making stuff out of those bead type things all the freaking time when I was younger. What the blazes were those things called again? Also those are pretty well made, I couldn't make anything decent really from them. Well, some Christmas Tree ornaments once but still.
Anyways. I always thought her hair was green. The CSs as shown above slightly confused me when I played the game originally, I mistoke her as a different character due to hair colour but eh... it sorta looks like it has green highlights. It doesn't look as dominantly green as it does ingame however.

There's a pretty clear distinction between green hair and blonde hair which a "shitty SNES sprite" would be able to portray.
It's never been stated which hair is canon and Terra is more important as a character in her own game, where her hair is green. You cannot claim she is blonde.
