Oh, Kyaru, for your Hexa set, @Blessed Pants+1, would that be better or the +10 acc on hydra Brais?

Depends on if you need the accuracy to cap your accuracy.

I'm actually kinda curious, how does the +5% crit hit rate on rancor collar stack up against Gorgets or other equivalent neck pieces for Hexa Strike?

it should blow away all other items for this WS, in and out of abyssea

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too, but just checking with the rest of the community to be sure, since I'm no math genius when it comes to DD-esque math =D

edited for redundancy lol -_-
If you need acc, that's one of the last places I'd change.

So I plan to get a Mjollnir sometime soon! I was just curious if there's anything I can do to make my Hexa and TP set any better:

TP set:

Inside WS set:

Outside WS set:

The light earring has +1 Crit Rate, I was unsure if that would be better than Aesir Ear Pendant or not.

I really don't have any interest in making an Almace as nice as it would be; and the rest of my not-so-DD jobs, I don't really play as much as I used to, so all of of my nifty little Add-On Augment gear can go towards these sets! In specific, I was thinking of doing:

Selenian Cap:
STR+4, WS ACC+15, DEX +4, Crit DMG+2

Royal Redingote:
Crit Rate +3, ATK+10

Tatsumaki Sitagoromo:
ATK+7, Crit DMG +3

With the outside set I was making an attempt to get somewhere in the range for fairly decent dDEX on fodder mobs, but since I didn't exactly take the time to see how much I would need, I just kind of stuck some in there where I could, with a nice mix of STR to boost my fSTR level as well. I'm unsure of how effective the Crit DMG will be outside...

But anywho, suggestions and comments are very much welcome! Thanks in advance

HELL YA!

My only recommendation would be on your TP set. You may want to consider getting blessed +1 enough to free up your Body, and potentially use Royal Redingote with ATTK or ACC augments, i'm sure there might be other augs you can use depending on what you need.

Also, you'll want Goading Belt for sure.

There's a thread on BG called WHM Melee Random crap.

Read up on it when BG isn't having server issues.

So I plan to get a Mjollnir sometime soon! I was just curious if there's anything I can do to make my Hexa and TP set any better:
Goading Belt > Swift Belt (if you aren't over the haste cap)
Savateur's Gaiters > Blessed Pumps

Also, I've always preferred a nice Resilient Mantle over Aesir Mantle or Potentia Cape. I offhand a KC though so the double attack isn't very useful. Use your best judgment there.

As far as rings, I've always preferred Lava & Kusha over Rajas & something else. There are some good options these days though.

I like your Selenian Cap & Royal Redingote, I have the same stats on mine and have never seen anyone else go for the crit build.

Lastly, I haven't decided the best way to cap haste on WHM. Zelus Tiara makes it easy to hit the haste cap but there's not much better stuff to equip on the other haste slots. Maybe TP in Reverend Mail instead of Goliard Saio? Zelus Tiara, Blessed Mitts/Trousers +1, Savateur's Gaiters, and Goading Belt = 25%. You'll be slightly under the cap with that setup. Ninurta's Sash would cap you.

@Aeronis

I agree with what Pergatory says above.

Resilient Mantle can by augmented via final AMK fight with STR and Attack making it one of the best TP and quite a versatile WS piece for WHM.

Also, getting +1 Blessed equipment will help reach haste cap and open up other slots for better pieces of equipment. As mentioned before savateur's gaiters is a great TP piece at the lose of 1% haste versus using Blessed Pumps +1 and I personally feel Ninurta's sash is the best TP piece possible for WHM in the belt slot if you can afford to get/part of a LS that drops AV frequently. With /NIN, Auspice using orison duckbills +2, Raja's, Ninurta's, and Savateur's and you're looking at capped Subtle Blow for a WHM during your TP phase.

khthonios mask is also a great choice for TPing as it provides both Haste, Store TP, and Attack. You can run Goli + Mask over Zelus + Rev if you need attack more than Acc.

Good luck on building your Relic! ^_^

Oh, I forgot to mention that Ziel Charm can be a good Accuracy neck alternative, but has -evasion if you care for it. Can be relatively easy to obtain, just need the blue proc of course.
