Has a better move pool and speed. :3
Rapidash is faster, actually. And has better overall offensive stats. It's 1 point behind on Sp.Att, but 24 higher in Att and can actually hit water types with a fair chance at killing them. Ninetails is only used because of Drought.

Even Arcanine and Entei are stronger Special Attackers. And bulkier for that matter.

Ninetails is still like, the prettiest pokemon in the game though as far as I can recall. Unless Fennekins evolutions are fantastic.

Yeah, Espeon got shafted lol. Shiny Umbreon is badass, though. :3
