I decided to get that dbrand "killswitch". I was about to cancel due to all the backlash it had but I actually like the feel of it quite a lot. I guess they going to send another one to replace this due to the faulty magnet thing.

I've gotten most of the emulators running with some issues, the achievement thing shows up with corrupted images and save states are only global for some reason. Found out the hard way when I played RE3 and it overwrite my save states for another game. I tried to look for a place to troubleshoot but reddit didn't answer lol

new NMS patch added customizable difficulty sliders for basically every aspect of the game and a buncha other ***. neato.

Funny thing but it seems the major factor that make our IT employees second rate is because they dont make an effort to communicate in english.

Because most people who does, are aiming to work in other countries. Thats because earning a certification per se isnt the worst part, if you spend one entire year just grinding those certs, probably you should have a couple to be hired.

I myself have this goal of working in Europe, but only in 3 years. Life is super busy, but i hope 2023 or 2024 i can start learning german to live there for a couple of years. Then living another couple of years in England, and that is about as far as I can plan my life. Im not sure what i will do or where i will be in 10 years from now, that should be around the time to complete all those trips in Europe.

I hope I'm at the same place I am now as I value stability. I would like to re-side the house, get new windows and doors. I would also like to do some minor adjustments to the bathroom (redo the shower stall and floor) and kitchen (new cabinets and counter tops). We did a big plumbing job recently. I was stoked to rip out the copper and have pvc put in.

Sorta off-topic, but this made me think of all the phone calls I have been receiving for polling purposes lately, which have been complete garbage from a quality perspective. I always try and participate out of principle, but holy crap. One phone call was a 15 minute poll and I couldn't understand half of what the person was saying. This morning I got a call where the dude spoke English just fine, but there was no hello, no context, I just answer the phone and, "Who are you supporting in [X] state senate district?" I didn't remember what district I'm in, and the dude couldn't give me any context as to what area that pertained to or who the candidates were.

I swear these polling companies aren't even trying anymore.

Probably thinking to themselves, "Man, I didn't think I'd get this far, usually I get hung up on by now."

So happy to see the Odyssey-class Enterprise-F make her TV debut! And the Titan-A is growing on me the more I see of it.

I just saw a video criticizing the American adaptation of Sakura Card Captors, and how majority of comments were endorsing that critique.

Personally, i think the censorship was right because, supposelly, the anime was aired to kids while SCC definitively aims teenagers. And as such, rl dramas and large amount of sexuality content is really out of place to presents to children.

Thats why i think kinda shallow when people criticize such act as if this was a censorship to biased sexuality.

Kids will have their time to discover themselves at right moment. There is really no point rushing it.

Actually, i do believe its borderline criminal rushing it, but thats my opinion

I don't know if it's stupid or it's brilliant (it's brilliant) that they are waiting to put the Netflix show up until late November. There is too much "spooky" stuff to watch in October already. Also, it's still warm (hot) out in some places in October. Maybe by late November the weather will comply with the standards that most of us perceive Autumn to be. Cold, rainy, and gloomy. Mysterious and spooky. Altogether ooky. *snap snap*
