Ever since last December when I injured the tendons in my left wrist working in that tire recycling plant I've gotten intense pains in my left wrist every night around 4am. WHat the heck man.

Yeah, it does; they have more S-Cells than the U7 Saiyans. All Saiyans have some, and Toriyama even said there are ways to increase the body's S-Cell production (Earth's calmer environment apparently being more suited to this than Planet Vegeta's). Yamoshi has nothing to do with it besides being the first to achieve the form.
