The only horrible frame drops I got where on a ladder in flooded New Londo for no apparent reason.
I have the ***frame rate in my copy but I can still get through it, at least it's nowhere else in the game
I'm not saying there weren't frame drops, just not horrific. The New Londo ladder literally caused the game to freeze for 2-3 seconds every few rungs.
The funny thing about Dark Souls is that the games mechanics are tied to the frame rate. For example, anything below 30 increases invincibility time on a roll. Anything above decreases them.
Also applies to airtime on jumps and rolls. Makes returning to the asylum a complete pain.

Blighttown had noticeable frame drops but nothing I couldn't play through. Firelink gets them sometimes but they are very minor. I haven't been to New Londo yet but that just sounds so fun. lol

Reminds me of this crappy mmo (FlyFF) I used to play years ago on a very old PC. I couldn't go into towns unless I angled the camera to look at the floor from above. :|

I used to play their Aika Online and Rappelz lol, pretty bad free MMORPGs

I think I only enjoyed the games at the time because they were my first and I had only played Runescape before it. Once I realized how p2w they were I stopped.
I liked Prius Online because you could turn into a giant and smash the ***out of everything
I stumbled upon a video the other day of a person on YouTube who hacked the Gaia Online founder's account and sent him 999,999,999,999 Gaia gold and a bunch of a rare item. So founder logs in and has an overflow of gold and a bunch of ***in his inventory.
