Well I did this without any training whatsoever with photoshop, so it isn't anything spectacular.

Assuming u used Photoshop, I suggest this: raise saturation by about 5-10,
add Cyan to the colored parts, and darken darker parts by 10 or more, should take away the extremely dusty looking, as of the font, can use an handwriting type one but this one is imho not the best choice, Med.
